Izuku
Eeeeeeeee I love Izukuuuuu that's my boy!!! i hc that, in true autistic fashion, he really struggles to differentiate between strong romantic feelings and strong platonic ones. that's why he doesn't pick up on it when his classmates (+ villains and others) are clearly attempting to flirt or convey attraction to him, because until they directly tell him they're interested romantically/sexually, he doesn't even consider whether or not his own emotions match up with theirs. i also think that his mirroring behaviors, which we see in canon whenever he's fighting somebody, would come out in other ways during his day-to-day life. i think Izuku has gotten clocked for accidentally copying someone's slang usage in the middle of a conversation haha
I've said before that I think Izuku was a biggggg scripter when he was a kid, and I think he still does that sometimes and then has to backtrack and explain himself again. I also think his echolalia goes crazyyy especially when he's focused on what someone's saying. like if Iida, for example, was reminding 1A that they needed to be seated when class started, he'd respond "when class starts" or by scripting something that he associates with affirmation/agreement/generally following rules. he loves him an All Might quote lolol. I think this also plays into the mirroring thing and continues well into adulthood, and that his students typically respect him too much to make him aware that he's doing it
also, speaking of his classroom days: I think he's one of those teachers who is SUPER easy to drag off topic. you bring up his special interest and he is completely off the rails in five seconds flat. "today, we're going to talk about—" "Sensei, what percentage of the original top one-hundred hero ranking slots were taken up by people with heteromorphic quirks?" "OH WELL I'M GLAD YOU ASKED BECAUSE HETEROMORPHISM WAS RAMPANT AT THE TIME BECAUSE—AND IT—WELL, FIRST—" aaaand he is not going to have time to get to his War Information today haha
as for NSFW hcs, I fully believe he's a sadist and I am dead serious about that. Touya
I think Touya is my silly little boy and I love him with my whole heart for his big sad puppy face. Obviously I am a "Touya & Dabi are a system" truther, mostly because we project onto him, but also because I think there's way too much canonical evidence that he has SOME kind of dissociative disorder for that to be an accident. I feel like Enji probably noticed something was off about him when Touya was little, but by the time Touya was about to climb the peak and burn up, Enji had decided that was just how boys his age were. Or that Touya was faking his symptoms for attention. :(
I think Touya is very sensitive to being accused of attention-seeking for that reason, and hates bringing up anything that upsets him in case he's not believed. Even in regards to his chronic pain or other medical needs, I don't think he'd say a word about it. This is why Dabi is both loud and flashy with his quirk and extremely reserved with his emotional state—see: not telling the League he was Enji's son until he revealed it to everyone in Japan, refusing to fully admit (without deflecting) that he was grieving Twice to Hawks, laughing hysterically when he feels anything too intensely, etc. they're both carrying the same trauma, but one reacts in a much more withdrawn way than the other.
Also for a sillier headcanon, I think that he tries to flex his obscure knowledge of cool shit that the other members of the league would like (old hero trivia from the early days of quirks, info about random video games, pop musicians he thinks Toga might like, etcetera), but he's had so little exposure to TV & media that he totally flounders if the League engage with the conversation for even a minute. Shiggy, he does not know what happens in Dragon's Dogma. he's pretty sure it involves a dragon... He has No Clue what Far Cry is about. he's unsure if he can accurately name a single LoL character. he's panicking. please just talk at him, don't ask for his opinions, he has no opinions. he hasn't even played Frogger, guys. he just wants you guys to talk to him. (Okay that's sadder than expected but it's mostly for silly reasons)
and I think he's a sub exclusively, no matter who I ship him with. he's a sub and he's a bottom. he lovvveessss that kinky shit; he has a weird relationship with his sex life bc of Enji's abuse, so he needs some excessively strange shit to get off. vanilla sex does near nothing for him. my favorite strange little pain slut. i think that with the right partner, someone gentle and patient but firm enough to keep him grounded like Shōto, he would LOVE a 24/7 dynamic. my boy is needy and he deserves all the NSFW attention he can get.
Katsuki
my autistic son who I put in torturous situations inside my head <3 i think Katsuki is fantastic with vulnerable populations of people, despite the rough front he puts up, because he remembers and understands what it's like to feel that way. he knows what it is to need saving. once he gets past some of his bigger hurdles in regards to his ego, he'd be so lovely and capable of getting on other people's level. even though news crews and such aren't fond of him, every citizen he's ever interacted with—even in passing—thinks he's incredible.
Also he's queer as a three dollar bill. I think he's gay and I usually write him as a trans man, but I think any queer interpretation of him is absolutely correct. I also doubt he ever struggled to accept his queerness, despite Mitsuki's insane parenting methods and her breathing down his damn neck, because it would never occur to Katsuki to think that there was something wrong with being different. I don't even think he officially came out to his family. He just demanded that Masaru stop bringing back clothes from the girl's section, and he announced with full certainty that his husband would have to be just as awesome as he was, and that would be that.
Also I fully believe in those headcanons about him being at least partially deaf. He would never want a hearing aid if he could get by without one, though, because the feedback sounds they sometimes make and the sudden shift into LOUD mode would overwhelm him.
And his special interest is hero work & the system for pro heroes thank you he's autistic. Fuck it he's level 2 autistic like ME :D and even though he's strong and fully capable and quite independent, he needs someone to help him complete certain tasks.
