so what’s this all about, huh!!!
hello! my name is em(ily), and i really like splatoon!
back when splatoon 1 was The Big Thing, i played the heck out of it. i wasn’t that great, so i spent a lot of time making ocs! i wasn’t that great at this either. i made a looooot of different characters but didn’t develop many of them, and i didn’t do too much with them.
just about a month ago, i was finally able to get my hands on splatoon 2 and i fell back in love immediately! once i got some gear together i got back on my oc bullshit; i revisited some old characters and drafted up some new ones. this time, tho, i got an idea for a story to write about them! i thought it was a neat idea, and i’ve been wanting to get more into writing, so i decided to give it a shot.
im not sure how soon ill start posting that actual story, considering i havent even sat down to write any rough drafts yet; right now im mostly in the planning stages. but hopefully ill be able to get some Content out soon so i can start raking in all those followers. the tl;dr of what im doing is, im going to be writing a long fic titled “Dynamo In Red,” a story of revenge focused entirely around original splatoon characters and taking place within the splatoon universe. im looking forward to seeing what people will think about it, and i hope that you will be looking forward to reading it! : >
