So I had my first bad experience while breastfeeding. At Skate Express in Watertown, WI my daughter (Alaska) got hungry and wanted to nurse so I moved off the floor and went to nurse her. My nipple was NOT exposed. The top of my breast was. She was contently eating. I got told by a female worker that I needed to cover up. After trying to nicely and calmly explain that my daughter will not nurse covered up and stating my legal rights she picked up Alaska’s blanket, moved it towards me and told me to cover with that. Again, my child will not eat that way and will just scream. I was not harming anyone or anything, I was simply trying to feed my hungry daughter. I was very nice in return trying to explain my legal rights. Her argument was that it’s a privately owned business with a dress code. Dress code is not in effect for breastfeeding mothers. I am very disappointed with this business and the staff member that made me feel humiliated and ashamed.

Everyone spends roughly nine months in the “create a character” section.
Maybe the wheelbarrow Monopoly piece symbolizes hyperinflation. When the currency becomes so worthless you need a wheelbarrow full to buy anything.
Google earth can be used to see anywhere in the world, yet most people just use it to look at their own house.
Tobacco companies kill their best customers and condom companies kill their future customers
There are people out there so unhappy with their lives that they would welcome an apocalyptic event as a chance to start over.
Antarctica has the highest average IQ of any continent.
Drinking from a straw is the opposite of snorkeling.
“I write because of this hole in my chest. The hollow feeling that I have nothing left. Burnt paths left in my wake, from loved ones who cared when it was a little too late.”
— Rising from the ashes
“We are no more. Those words cutting sharper than any knife. He was split down the middle without her, and had no way of becoming whole again. She was the glue that kept him together.”

boys who arent afraid to tell u when they miss u are the best
it’s okay if you’re hurting more than you thought.
it’s okay if you have to pick yourself up on your own.
it’s okay if you’re the one who needs to be gentle with you after you hurt.
it’s okay if you have to nurse a pain you thought was healed.
healing is slow and can be turbulent. and that’s okay.
We need to talk more about hypersexuality in response to trauma.
Many survivors feel ashamed when they’re hypersexual. Society assumes trauma survivors are automatically sex repulsed.
That’s not always the case. Many survivors are hypersexual or may even fluctuate between the two.
It is okay if you are sex repulsed. It’s okay if you’re hypersexual. It’s okay if you’re both.
There’s nothing wrong with you.
