I’m sorting out some walks on the South Downs near Brighton.
Pop-up exhibition of East London photos near the top of Brick Lane until 11th Sept 2015
At the bottom of this list you can see how long ago your Canon lens was designed.
Canon 50 meg EOS rumoured.
No harm in this - film was only ever good for about 12 megapixels at best. The problem is that many of the main manufacturers lenses were designed a long while ago and are not up 50 megapixels.

Photographer, Barry Pitman, with Sue in The Crown, Kemptown. Sue took part in the original 1979 pram race which Barry photographed. The photos are now on display until 2nd Nov 2014 across 7 different pubs. More info here.
If you can get down to Brighton both the Photo Biennial and the Photofringe are running all October.
Exhibition of black and white photos by Edwin Smith at RIBA, London
Great exhibition of B&W photos in Portland Place, north of Oxford Circus tube.

Great shot.
Trellick Tower - Boiler room.
Due to the rapid escalation of oil prices beginning in the late 1960’s and continuing into the 70’s the system housed at the top of the 320ft service tower was in operation for less than eighteen months, and was defunct by 1974.
