The Resident 3x10 more like Conrad and Devon make heart eyes at each other for 20 minutes
I honestly love how the conflict between Conrad and Devon is playing out, because there really is no right or wrong. They’re both right and wrong, that’s the beauty of it. Compelling arguments can be made for both sides in the cases so far. I wake up in the morning and side with Conrad and when I go to bed, I’m like “Devon has a point too tho”. It’s an extremely grey area and I’m so happy that I don’t have to make decisions like that.
I think Devon became extremely disillusioned when Conrad tortured that patient. Disillusioned and disappointed and hurt. Conrad was his mentor and friend. Devon really looked up to him and to find out that you don’t really share the same core values in your profession must be tough.
Conrad, on the other hand, sees this as almost as a kind of betrayal. He taught Devon everything he knows, he mentored him and really took him under his wings and for this person to question him and do something against his explicit advice? What a stab in the back for Conrad. That’s not loyalty to him. He feels betrayed and hurt as well. Especially because these aren’t debatable issues for him. He knows he’s right and Devon is wrong.
Leah suffered internal bleeding during the C-section. The bleeding was catastrophic and her heart stopped in the OR. I’m very sorry to tell you that despite our best efforts… your wife has died.
I’m talking about the patient that you tortured to get the information that you needed. The ends don’t justify the means.

Just curious to know how many of you watch The Resident and if so, which are your favorite characters? I'm currently watching S4 and I kinda like almost everyone, but I do have my fave-faves:
‘Congratulations on your engagement’ + worried parents + domestic wife fiancée
The Resident S05E02
The Resident S05E02
Dude, everything those two do is gay, like how are they not dating. And I’m here for it.
