In all seriousness, I really don’t think we’re going to get the canon buddie we’re hoping for. I think it’s going to be a Destiel like situation. I feel like Eddie might die in the end because it kind of seems like the will scene is building up to that cuz why else would they focus on Buck becoming Chris’s legal guardian when Eddie dies? But before he dies, he tells Buck that he’s their family (his and Chris’s), and he tells him he loves him. I could see him holding onto Buck’s hand with one of his hands, and Chris’s hand with the other, as he slowly drifts away.
