Winter Solstice 2020

Winter solstice 2020  there was a lot of weird things in the sky that day. Unfortunately the sky was cloudy in Detroit, but my mother took this photo in North Carolina on that day. I just happened to ask her to look out her window since the sky was clear and there was this bright green object moving around the sun.  She sent me the photo and I decided to capture it in this brooch for her.

My maternal grandparents

This is a brooch I made with a picture of my maternal grandparents for one of my cousins. She really loves it and I enjoyed creating it for her. The other brooches are also family members who have passed. In order is my Grandmother, both grandparents Mary Lucy, and Roosevelt Grays, my Dad James Carlton Dandridge, my Aunt Vina McKee l. The last is my Living Daughter Asila Ayana Taalib
