Why do non-black people try so hard to be something they're not? Don't get me started on how they "discover" things and totally butcher them. Take long acrylic nails for example. That's been a trend among Black women for YEARS but all of a sudden they get ahold of it and it's suddenly so cool. They totally butcher AAVE. They make no sense when using it and look at us like we're crazy when we tell them so. Nb people...everything is not for you. You need to learn when to quit and leave things alone.
