Witam!!

My Name is Kalina Minka Pożarzycka! But you can call me Kal or Lina! I’m originally from Poland, but moved to Tulsa, Oklahoma for a new life with my parents and little sister. I’m what you would call a, uhm… greaser! That’s the word I think! I’m not quite sure how all this… technology stuff works, and my english may not always be the best, but bear with me, I’m getting some help on that from my friends. Well, I hope you’ll stick around and find out a bit more about me!

Dal… i think i might’ve fractured my wrist or ankle when i uh wiped out skating the other day, they both hurt really badly and are kind of swollen.. i’m not sure what to do, i don’t know if i can afford to go to the doctor but i can’t tell if ill need anything to help it heal…

Marvan had been at bucks for 5 hours and to say he was a bit drunk, that’s not the word you should use. He was stumbling and laughing randomly, he had walked into about 3 street poles by now. He didn’t know how but he ended up outside the front of kalina’s house. He stumbled up the front steps not thinking bout what time it was and banged on the door .. “Kalina!” He muttered then banged harder on the door again.

when i look at the clock in the living room i realize that its slightly later, Iza is sleeping by now and both my parents are out working… so i run to the door and open it, not knowing the state of the person behind it

come on in, i sighed, sit on the couch, but be quiet please i really can’t have Iza wake up.. i’ll be back with water, advil, and some blankets… make yourself at home i guess, sorry its a mess.

and with that i walk off to get him everything i promised, hoping and praying to anyone that would listen that my little sister wouldnt wake up. cause if she wakes up, im not getting her back to sleep for hours and i dont have time for that when we both have something to do tomorrow night… i cant risk her being the grumpiest person on planet earth because she didnt sleep enough

i started to feel self conscious about how our house looked, i know not everybody has a good life on the east side but still. all our furniture was beaten up and older looking, it’s been passed down since who knows when in Poland, and our house is a mess, stuff all over the place, everything is dim and not lively… it reflects the state my family is i’m right now, hopefully that all changes soon. ive always been one of the houses people could go to to feel safe in Poland but i wanted to be that here too… is nothing as nice as the Curtis’ house though.

sorry the couch is a little beat up… it’s still comfortable though i guess. and again sorry everything is such a mess in here…

sorry, but we have to do it for my mama’s health while she’s pregnant… and Iza is still little. and yes i’m still with Dally. we actually just went rollerskating with Iza, was real fun, i like him a lot.

he didnt skate much, more just watched, but it was real fun… my sister liked being around him, she’s been excited to meet him since i talk about him a lot…

yeah my mama is pregnant, i thought i had told you, sorry.. she’s due in september i think. thats why her and my tata (dad) are out working a lot and why ive been at the bakery more, also why we dont have a whole lot of food around here… we have to save up everything to afford another kid coming…

i’m working as hard as i can… we all are, i could never take anything from anyone else, everyone needs what they earn… only thing i could use is someone to help with Iza sometimes so i could pick up some more hours, i might ask dally about that, see if he would or if he knows anybody…

roller skating with Iza and Dally last night! it was a discount night and Iza really wanted to go so i dragged Dally along with us :J

it was pretty fun though, except i kept falling over little kids cutting me off… Dal made me stop skating after the last one because i “completely wiped out” and looked like it hurt, which it did. a lot. (@switchbladewinston it still really hurts, you were right :C ) but it’s okay though because at least we had fun
