Same girl keeps saying how fat people all eat McDonald’s and shit all day long. Girl, you just said that is how you when you were at your fattest. Not every fat person on earth eats the way you do. I haven’t had fast food in months. My meals are healthy and I barely snack/eat between meals. Also…my great grandmother was fat during the GREAT DEPRESSION I’m pretty sure she was busy working her ass off trying not to be homeless, she was not shoving food into her mouth all day long. The kind of food you keep talking about, didn’t even exist back then. But I’m sure this chick would come up with some convoluted reason why she was fat and it was still somehow her own fault.

Bitch, I never in my entire life have tried to blame my fatness on genetics. Yeah my great grandma was fat, but none of my grandparents or aunts or uncles were/are. I am fatter than both of my parents. I was a size 6 in high school. I fully admit that I got fat by binge eating in my 20s like you mentioned. But the difference here is I have empathy for all fat people and I understand nuance. I know fat ppl with varying different circumstances. I would never shame anyone for being fat.

I've seen "fuck the beauty industrial complex" posts about complicated skincare regimens and am 100% with them except sometimes they mention sunscreen and no. no. absolutely not. sunscreen is a wonderful supportive friend who wants to keep you safe, and you should let her do it. throw out all your other cosmetics and skincare products if you want, but keep your sunscreen. and if you're not wearing sunscreen, start wearing it!!!! this is not about terror of aging, this is not about every tiny imperfection our fucked-up culture has made you feel insecure about, this is about protecting yourself from skin cancer. wear the damn sunscreen.
