Getting back into my Sunday #cooking routine… decided to make my favorite #Ethiopian dish, #SigaWot (#lambstew) today…put it with traditional salad with #ayib cheese, #injera (bought from Awash), and a red wine vinaigrette with #Berbere, the most delicious Ethiopian spice mix. The stew was cooked with onions, garlic, and ginger, sautéed in ghee and tomato paste, chopped tomatoes, and berbere. Got creative and made it into #tacos too… why not. 😋 Hungry?
