AirFryer Okra 👩🏻‍🍳 Simple and Delicious! Slice Okra. Combine equal parts flour and cornmeal. Then Season generously with your spices of choice. I like to add Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ground Mustard, Cayenne and Parsley. And don’t forget Sea Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper!🧂 In a separate dish, combine one Egg and a bit of milk. Gently Toss Okra in Egg Mixture. Transfer in small batches to Flour Mixture. Lightly shake off any extra and place into AirFryer Basket. Spray Okra with Coconut Oil (or oil of choice) and Airfry 400° for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Tips: be sure to shake Okra after about 6-7 minutes in. Not too early. If you see any parts still white with flour mixture, give it another spray before you finish cooking. I like to toss mine at least 2 sometimes 3 times depending on how full the basket is. I don’t overfill, just fry in batches. I set aside and reheat all in one basket for 3 mins on 350° before serving!
