Finished my half marathon with my new pr! Didn’t quite get to my goal but that’s alright. 2 hours 5 minutes! Now I get to focus on not training for a month and get back to losing weight for a bit yay!

Insanity kicked my butt. Max interval circuit once a week is definitely not enough to keep up with my fitness level for insanity…it’s so strange how my running shape and insanity shape is different. Even if I can run marathon, insanity still kicks my butt. Hoping once a week is better than no times a week…right?!
Started training for my half marathon - which consists of one long run day, one insanity day, two days of normal running and one day of short running and insanity and two complete rest days a week. But since I’m eating out every night I don’t feel like I’m actually getting in shape 😔
