My favorite place to walk around Tokyo is Omotesando!
The ever famous Tsukiji Market
Maisen 4-8-5 Jingumae, Shibuya 150-0001, Tokyo Prefecture +81 120-428-485
The most popular tonkatsu place in Japan that is now in the Philippines. To me it all tastes the same so yes if you love tonkatsu you can go check out maisen.
Nakaya 5 104 0045, 5 Chome-2-1 Tsukiji, Chuo, Tokyo 104-0045, Japan
One of the restaurants in Tsukiji market that seemed ok. There was a line too but not as long as the others. You can only order 1 bowl per person since there is limited space. You will order before you enter then when you enter, your order is ready.
Orimine Bakers 7 Chome-10-11 Tsukiji, Chuo, Tokyo, Japan +81 3-6228-4555
Read about this in travel and leisure and it said to order the bear looking bread so I did. Their breads were good actually!
Beside Ranjatai is a bar where you just stand, there are no seats available.
Ranjatai 2-12-3 Kandajinbocho, Chiyoda 101-0051, Tokyo Prefecture +81 3-3263-0596
One star michelin restaurant that only serves yakitori. Everything he cooks is through the grill and serves each part of the chicken from chest all the way to the butt. The last dish is also my favorite, the oyakudon! Best to order sake too!
Magnolia Bakery 5-10-1 Jingumae | B1F GYRE, Shibuya 150-0001, Tokyo Prefecture +81 3 6450 580
They still have my favorite Banana Pudding from New York! Now its available in Japan!
Shibuya Crossing
The most busy crossing in the world!
Harajuku Gyozaru 6-2-4 Jingumae, Shibuya, Tokyo Prefecture 81 3 3406 4743
Just order steam or fried gyoza with rice. That's basically what they serve!
Harajuku, Tokyo
Nice to just walk around the area, its walking distance if your coming from Omotesando.
Park Hyatt Tokyo 3 Chome-7-1 Nishishinjuku, Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan +81 3-5322-1234
Went up here to check out the view. Its so beautiful from the restaurants. This is where Lost in Translation was filmed.
Ant N' Bee Pub 5 Chome-1-5 Roppongi, Minato, Tokyo, Japan +81 3-3478-1250
Saw this place in Travel and Leisure magazine so decided to try it out since it was walking distance from Fukuzushi where we had dinner. Its in the basement of a building so you just need to look for the sign outside before you see the elevator otherwise you will miss it.
Their craft beer was good, I just asked what wasn't so heavy so they will give you also what is available for the day. They actually have food too but we only went for drinks.

This is one of the best sushi places I’ve been to in quite a while. Its an institution in that area. They were voted best restaurants in Tokyo and also its been there for more than 50 years already. I think the chef today is the son of the original owner and has now become a family business.
Make sure to order what they have fresh from the market for the sushi For the food, make sure you order the fish stew, it was really so good that I want to go back.

We went to Imperial palace past 5pm already so it was already closed and only saw the outside. Make sure you only go between 9-5pm.
Torigin Ginza, Chuo-ku 5-5-7 New Ginza Building 6 Building B1 Tokyo, Japan +81 3 3571 3333 www.torigin-ginza.co.jp
Very good yakitori restaurant but what I liked about it was their kamameshi rice which they cook only after you make the order. We tried the chicken kamameshi rice and it was good for 2 persons so make sure you share what you order.

One of the best italian restaurants I've tried in Asia. Everything we ordered was good but my favorites were the rigatoni vodka, wagyu carpaccio, and the garlic bread was just amazing. For dessert make sure to order the banana flambee, it was served with banana bread, banana crumble and vanilla ice cream. I can't wait to go back for that!
