INSPIRED BY NATURE. Lovely Easter Sunday walk in the forest surrounded by vast amounts of gorgeous wood in its natural form - simply beautiful.
Example of a sample board. Sample boards can be physical or electronic, and vary to suit the client.
Experimenting with the hand drawn method for a bit and giving it a retro feel.
Going old school with a hand drawn technical floor plan and electrical overlay. Scale 1:50
A day of crafting to add some personal touches to the latest project.
This is where I credit my love of wood from, the works of my late grandfather. The moving ring round the stem of this goblet used to fascinate me, how did it get there? Just one of the many items lovingly crafted by my grandfather, Mr George Lanchester.
At a time when you are bombarded with advice, it is easily to feel overwhelmed. With regards to nursery design, consider the following. Do you want your baby’s nursery to be a place to stimulate and excite, or a place to encourage rest and sleep? The popularity of neutral greys is not just a fad, it serves a purpose, but if colour is more appealing, consider these examples of muted, pastels. If you like the look of the grey knitted cashmere blend blanket featured below, head over to our online store which launched today with the listing of this very blanket!

The new Lozi mini plant pots have arrived for our nature inspired makeover. Perfect for small succulents and cacti, and for the recycling conscious as they are made from left over wood!

A hint towards the latest makeover.
The theme for this makeover is ‘the natural environment’, featuring differing samples of wood, imagery from the local area, and elements inspired by nature.
Spot the star
Introducing a new quirk to the website. In order to show our photos are authentic and of our work, we are going to incorporate a star whenever in keeping with a project. So in essence, spot the ⭐️ !
(The background for this photo is a floor we laid in a bedroom in Hampshire. Very hard wearing, textured for added grip, and quick to complete).

Smart technology doesn’t have to be dominant and reserved only to modern architecture, as demonstrated by this unobtrusive public toilet block in the beautiful new forest. A simple green light when available and red when engaged. Very modern whilst also extremely in keeping with the natural beauty of the surrounding area.
Some fantastic entries into the smart home market, including this Netatmo camera with motion and face recognition, an old favourite Philips hue wireless light allowing you to place it where you wish, and a WiFi enabled washing machine!
