Tabata power - I literally just finished this shit and my fingers are trembling as I type. Less fucked than yesterday's cardio challenge but still fucked on epic levels. I am tired but yo I finished it.

Day 1 - There were so many times during this ridiculous work out that I stopped and looked around like "is anyone else seeing this crazy shit? - I ain't finna do this" but kudos to me for handling it like a half dead boss. I finished the damn thing and that's what matters right now. Typing this to hold myself accountable - congrats on your first day bish, lets get this baaaaaaaaaaady!

Insecurity was me trying to emulate or rather 'imitate' the incomparable works of written art by Dr Maya Angelou. I would study her literature - her glorious contribution to the world & try and make my own words dance as fluidly. I would watch her interviews & practice speaking like I was bold, like I was wise, like I had lived. Via my twisted infatuation, knowledge found me: 'there is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you' ..... 'if you are always trying to be normal, you will never know how amazing you can be'....'I believe the most important single thing, beyond discipline and creativity is daring to dare.' & most importantly 'YOU ALONE ARE ENOUGH. YOU HAVE NOTHING TO PROVE TO ANYBODY'. And so I started to rise, I started to respect my own voice, started to tell my story, to own who I was, from heart through fingertips.
