Feels good to be back in the gym! I've lost 30 pounds which is amazing but it's just not enough it doesn't feel real. I want to run I want to appreciate my body and I want to be strong. My next goal is to lose 20 more pounds. Maybe then it'll feel real enough.

After working out me and my bestie went swimming. I'm so happy with my progress to be able to say I've lost thirty pounds is mind boggling! I'm looking forward to the next ten. π

Sipping on your water so that you don't upset your stomach. But you keep going. You go until you hear the countdown. Go until you hear the bell. The stop, rest, and jump right back in. Grit cardio is HARD. I won't sugar coat it, but she killed it tonight, and did an absolutely amazing job. Watching people push to their MAX in a workout that challenges you makes my heart so so full.
