Whilst humanity sleeps, we lay our head on the bed.
Above all else, we wish to hear no drones overhead.
That our stomachs were full, instead of empty,
That there was laughter, joy, peace and safety aplenty.
A life worth living for my children,
it's all I want, that's what I said...
But instead... will I wake tomorrow?
Or will I be dead?
Whilst humanity sleeps, water seeps onto all in a tent,
In a dark, wet, scary place.
Death in the air, its the only scent.
Our poor souls in Gaza, do you hear us when we call?
With holes in the walls, rain through gaps where bombs caused our windows to fall.
Of those with a building, no longer is it home...
The neighbouring buildings gone, we sit cold, afraid and alone.
Whilst humanity sleeps, our minds, awake and racing.
Sounds of missiles hitting the ground we will stand here pacing.
We will sit here bracing
For the soldiers there chasing.
Our doom, our demise, our death...
Whilst humanity sleeps... it's our own mortality we're facing 💔💔
If you can support even a little, please do. I will keep writing in their honour whilst they can not access means of support for themselves. £659/£8000

A couple of links to start post off. Please message to delete if you prefer, i will keep a lost of anybody who doesnt want to be tagged 🙂
As we welcomed in the first day of 2025, I sat and contemplated the continued struggle for our friends in Gaza, such as @adhamfamily87 .
This year was different. It was impossible to hear the sound of fireworks without automatic thoughts about the atrocities being faced every day. The sound of the bombs as they hit in the background, of drones serving as an almost permanent ambience, of gunfire, a consistent reminder of the dangers faced every day.
Please press link to support £659/8000
This is merely my experience as an onlooker, from experiences via video calls, voice and video notes and my time spent on tiktok gifting panels and live feeds for families in Gaza.
I cannot begin to imagine the true depth of feeling, of the consistent barragement to the senses experienced, but I often speak about these things with Adham. Of the fear his wife Nevin experiences as the sound of gunfire and bombs draws near. The struggles of his children who play so innocently, but run to them in fear as soon as gunfire can be heard. Forever crying in fear. The sound of the drones, a slow torture on the ears. The smell of death a stark reminder if the hell from which they live, even in their brief moments of happiness and connection.
This family has been verified on tiktok and telegram via @femmeintifada via doctors without borders, via association with myself (@tonijp_009 on tiktok).
This is without considering the consistent fear of slow starvation or pressure to ensure your family survives. Without constant bombardment from the elements and fear for your children as news spreads of those succombing to the bitter cold. They truly are in their own version of hell. This is their own words.
Even a little support will go a long way for those who have nothing. If everybody donated a small amount we could hit their goal of £170 for a bag of flour.

They have had very few donations, only £140 throughout their entire campaign
Adhams wife Neven requires spinal surgery which they cannot afford
They cannot afford to buy food or clothing, and they may need a tent soon due to imminent risk of displacement as bombardment is very heavy and very close to them.
They have already been displaced 5 times
They have 4 children, Sham, majd, adam and nael who turned 1 yesterday - BORN IN A WAR, TURNED 1 IN A G-CIDE.
They also support adham's elderly mother and injured brother who requires a wheelchair after being injured in the same attack that unalived adham's father
Neven has lost all of her family minus 2 brothers, who are trapped in the north of Gaza.
They have also been verified by myself personally ✅️✅️through ebonies voice. You can see our work at
Verification letter can be found here (type link in to Internet url if required)

I am Adham from Gaza. I have four children: Sham, 6 years old, Majd, 5 years old, Adam, 3 years old, and Nael, 1 year old. He was born during the war in very difficult circumstances. My wife left the hospital and went to the tent because of displacement. There were no clothes for my newborn and the rest of his siblings. Then my wife lost her family in northern Gaza. Her mother, father, three brothers, and I died. Then the suffering began after our house was bombed due to the invasion of the area. We miraculously escaped from the fire and death. After that, my wife began to suffer from a cartilage injury and she could not move. We were unable to find treatment because it was very expensive and she needed a very expensive surgery. Then my father died during an army operation. He was killed at the door of the house. My brother was injured for the second time, so both of his feet were injured and needed treatment.
I am in dire need of your donation. I am very sorry to ask for help and donation to rebuild our home and our life that has been completely destroyed and to provide the basic needs of our children and our desire to survive and escape death and to buy medicine for my wife worth $100 daily and clothes for my children and food like the rest of the children in the world

THE DARKEST DAY...
“On 1st November 2024, we were displaced from our home for the fifth time in a row, but this time we had to flee for fear of imminent death.
The bombings were in the form of “fire belts”, which were close to the area, right next to us within our street. It was so close that missile fragments reached us.
In addition to that, bullets were flying the entire time. This is a memory that I cannot forget, and I still continue to think, feel and see as I write about this dark day.
The attacks left 35 martyrs from my area and the houses adjacent to my house. The attack began at 9 am from aviation and war vehicles, and then the artillery shelling continued and continued. It was the first time that shells fell on me.
During the early hours of the morning, and with the participation of helicopters, two houses were bombed, right next to our house, and the screaming of the people that night was very loud.
People continued to bleed until the morning.
Those who died just died, those who survived remained alive to face the killing machine directed at us and our children.
Even my every memory summarizes the hours of fear and words of horror, unable to remember in full but forever recorded by many bad moments in my thoughts.
All of this, the reason we face those who seek our destruction, is because we love life and we have dreams of who will save us.
Will we write more? Or will we become the protector of those who write about us?
All of this, in fact, may affect us at any moment, even as I write now.
There are those who were bombed... as they were walking, some with nothing to eat but their own sebum, or just sitting, out or at home in a small city.
There is no reason for this, except that they want to kill us all. The ambulances rushed, I can still hear the sounds.
Now we do not know who will die next.
But the media channels, in places like telegram, will talk about them, and tomorrow there will be more, and we are completely helpless.”
