930 Medina Studios - A Luxurious Update

I really just intended to spruce up this apartment before my sims lived in it, and it turned into a massive multi-day project. Safe to say, I’m pleased with the results though!

Luna invites friends such as Siobhan Fyres and Malcolm Landgraab over for a study session. They’re also subjected to her violin lesson in the process. Hugo wakes up with a pressing question for Rialta: If I were to find a girl I liked, what on earth should I do to ask her out? Rialta, always a romantic, has the answer right at hand: ‘Buy something from Jewelry!’ Around his mother, with her patience and calm manner and armed with an action-plan Hugo feels a glimmer of confidence!

Oblivious to These Conversations...

Rialta gets dressed for the day and continues her chat with Luna wherein the pair grow ever closer. Listening to Luna gossip about her schoolmates and being careful to express her pride in Luna makes their relationship even stronger and increases her parental influence.

Francesca enters the master bedroom to have a chat with Jacques about the pregnancy. Her irratability is only exacerbated by Jacques’ request that she take a paternity test...

Sunlight breaks over the castles on the islands the Villareals own, the household stirs itself awake, and Rialta enjoys a sweet breakfast of French Toast alongside Luna, getting to know her increasingly independent daughter bit by bit..

That Evening...

The family piles into the limousine and heads for Normanhurst Court where they will spend the next few days entertaining important global figures as part of their royal civic duties.

As the Rest of the Household Sleeps...

Jacques asks for a drink for the first time in months, he’d sworn off alcohol a while ago due to his behavior with guests, but the stress of this new situation has gotten him off the wagon...

Francesca and Lorenzo hold another secret midnight rendezvous to discuss strategy. Lorenzo can barely keep his eyes open, it’s way past his bedtime, but she is invigorated. The pregnancy wasn’t a part of their original seduce, swindle, skedaddle formula; but, it’s proving to be extremely advantageous. With this child, Francesca realizes that she and Lorenzo can be paid hush-money for the rest of their lives!

However, she tells Lorenzo that until the baby is born it will be smarter to keep up appearances and pretend like the baby is theirs. Lorenzo agrees to this pretense of a relationship, partially because it will help them pull of the heist, but mainly because even a pseudo-relationship with Francesca is, to him, worth all the money in the world...

At First, Francesca Playfully Suggests...

that now would be a good time for her to receive her daily sugar allowance, which Jacques obliges cheerfully. But, then, comes the real news. Francesca reveals that she is pregnant, and Jacques doesn’t take it well at all. She tries to quietly calm Jacques by revealing that she plans on naming the baby Jacqueline if it’s a girl, after him, but this only further enrages him as it will make the child’s scandalous paternity all too obvious...

After the Photoshoot is Over...

Francesca asks that Jacques meet her upstairs, she has something important to tell him

to take portraits of the royal family, in preparation for their outing the next evening at their secondary estate, Romanhurst Court. She obliges, begrudgingly, and the family poses each in their own classic style. Rialta maintains her poised femininity, Hugo stands their shyly, Luna takes every chance to strike an adorable pose, and Jacques stands tall and aloof...

Rialta flirts with Jacques in the entrance hall as Lorenzo fights his kleptomaniac urges and Francesca blushes thinking of her next assignment...

After Undergoing a Battery of Tests...

Rialta is diagnosed with a spruce allergy, no wonder she gets sneeze attacks on her early morning constitutionals through their sprawling grounds!
