My inspiration for this apartment:

This apartment is inspired by abstract art, especially the works of Mark Rothko.

And is also inspired by MY FAVORITE SHOW, Sx and the city. I created this apartment while watching it and it reminds me of the first seasons of the show, Charlotte's art gallery, Mr Big, Carrie and Big, the girls going out for dinner and to have fun, New York, etc.

Luxury Paris Apartment

Paris style Street build with a 1 bedroom luxury apartment and 4 commercial units included.

Okay so I told myself I was going to build a small 1 bedroom luxury apartment and whilst I stuck to the 1 bedroom part it is anything but small - is anyone actually surprised? I just can’t do small...

The apartment itself has a large open plan living area and kitchen, a large hallway with small office nook, 1 bathroom and 1 large bedroom. It also has 4 commercial units including 2 x cafes, a clothes shop and a bar/restaurant. There is also two empty levels so plenty of space to expand.

The build can be found on the gallery under my ID @BuildsByLewis and is 1.1M Simoleons!!
