I'm back from hiatus but I still need a laptop so sorry 😫😫😰😰

HA sorry for the inactivity and late replies! I have (most of?) them drafted (hopefully). As mentioned in my other post I am moving houses but just recently my laptop broke and need to get it fixed ASAP but it isn't really gonna get fixed ASAP so that's a bummer. So from my really slow mobile device, I am making this post. Seriously! Sorry 😢😢😢

He shook his hand, just for extra measure, and for the nice feeling of being in control again. “Guhhuhh, okay, believe me I am thoroughly convinced. How did you- You started to glow and- Something about shifting-” He stopped himself to collect his words and form... proper sentences...

“Okay... Exactly, what the hell was that?”

Nodding, she took his hand and began processes. It was Hyperion tech, things she was familiar with. Being out of practice in her abilities had her take a bit longer, but eventually, she got access to his scanning interface, activating it to scan herself.

It wasn’t a good sensation, not being able to control his own arm was terrible, though it was interesting in a way. He skimmed through the scanned details and was, honestly, lost for words. Wide eyed, he looked at her then back at the screen. “Oh... Kay now... I think I see your point. That’s-... That’s... Wow.” Clearly, Rhys is a man of big words.

“To show you this,” she said, arm beginning to glow a bright white light, eyes glowing blue in the same way. “Executing phase shift.” She connected access to the tech, finding a way to control it with her hand. “What would you have me do with this?”

He made a kinda ‘I do not like this’ face. The sense of someone else controlling his arm was all too familiar. Letting go of that consciousness, though he didn’t like it, he suggested, “Load up the scanning interface, obviously, something only I can do.” He had a feeling he wasn’t going to like what was going to happen next...

“That’s the only kind of siren I know about, to say the least.” Angel rolled her eyes at his comment. “Probably don’t because the other two sirens alive on Pandora both have more…physical abilities. Do you by chance have any piece of tech on you?” She had noted the arm before, but she wasn’t going to do anything until he gave the okay.

“Well we're this far in our conversation- Screw it, why not.” He forwarded his mechanical Hyperion tech in front of him, showing the younger girl. “You could call this a piece of tech, it can do stuff a lot of times and sometimes it doesn’t. Why do you ask?”
