People who look cool without sunglasses and places in time I wasn't alive yet to see. A better era with neon lights, voluminous hair, and a world without cellphones.  Mostly 80's and 90's, ( a little ) 70's, with the odd vintage inspired post every now and then...and apparently now the 60's is getting in there...OCCASIONALLY. No worries, This blog will remain mostly 80's.  I'm Avra. (a 90's kid). Glad you could make it. I do not own anything. Just my taste :)

SMALL STORY...

I was talking to my brother last weekend - him in Brussels, me in Cornwall, reminding him that you couldn't use an umbrella in Cornwall because of the wind - not like David Sylvian in Gentleman Take Polaroids. He got it, I got it, and the conversation just rolled on from there - do you remember when we used to...? It's always a good, relaxing feeling when you don't have to explain yourself - others just get it, get you.
