tbh, to preface; i dont actually think Echoes swears any more than any other teenager would, it's just that we don't get a lot of lines from him and all of them are in high stakes situations.

that being said, i don't think koichi would care, so honestly i find it really corny. it babies koichi unnecessarily, like yeah he's very polite but he's not clutching his pearls over the fuck-word.

it's kind of funny looking back on the dialogue that i've written for my fic/comics because... i actually dont write in swears for him much At All, and i admittedly do need to course correct a little bit. i tend to lean more towards the "speaks politely yet bluntly" angle rather than the profanities, because it's a very much canonical aspect of him i want to see more of in fanwork.
