I need to rant a minute because I am pissed. I will never understand why people will always act like they are so much better than you and treat you lower than dirt in the work force. Every person I have worked for has done this to me. I have worked four separate jobs and have done well. But does that do anything for me, absolutely not. Every person I have worked for has been absolutely awful towards me.

First job: McDonald's. Managers hated me and treated me like I was the worst person on the force. Henceforth, I quit.

Second job: still working here, have been for the past 3 1/2 years. Only just recently have I started to be treated lesser than my coworkers and made to feel like I have no purpose.

Third job: Pet Supplies Plus. Fired me after not even a full month because they didn't like me and also never gave me a break.

Fourth job: Kroger, still currently working here. Holy fucking shit, do they treat you like dogshit. I work as a front end cashier and already have to deal with bullshit from customers. All but two of my supervisors absolutely despise me. Why? No fucking clue. I do my job and I do it well. They act like they like you when you first start then they eventually show their true colors. I ask for help when I need something, ignored or they just don't give a fuck. Just this evening, needed an override to help a customer. One of my supervisors were over. I said to him "Hey, I need your help really quick." Completely ignored me till the customer I was working with spoke up. If I call up to the desk and ask for an override or help, they'll say "Sure. I'll be right there." They never arrive and ignore me if I call again. My front end manager, oh my fuck, where do I even begin with her? I was supposed to be getting a department transfer, I got an okay from my boss and the manager of the department I was transferring to. Mine? Fucking denied me. Why? No clue. Plus, where I was trying to transfer to doesn't have enough people to help get things done, it's really just one person. It's just whatever I do, it's not good enough. Fucking hate this place. Oh, and they all pick favorites and will only give you a promotion if you are a favorite than to those who actually deserve it. Been working here a whole damn year and I work my ass off everyday. I barely even get days off. A part time worker who works full time hours. Unbelievable. Oh, almost forgot to mention. I had a back injury and had issues walking. Had to sit down a couple times because my legs were giving out and I had to use a cane. They all got mad at me for that and still kept making me work. Like bitch, you have several other cashiers. Get the fuck over it. I am injured! Then they took me off the schedule for an entire month after I was completely fine and used the excuse "well you couldn't walk." You made me work the entire time I was hurting. But once I heal, I suddenly can no longer work? The fuck?

Sorry for the rant, I know most of you don't give a fuck, but I needed to say something
