Cambodia is the Kingdom of agricultural economist and water system is the crucial one for the country to grow the rice and feed the people. Once the dry season comes, people always concern about insufficient water to support their lives. The local residents, at this juncture in time, have come up with the idea to prepare the ritual ceremony which enables to call for the raindrop from the God Indra.
