I didnāt binge but I deffo over ate yesterday after having my heart broken šāš» deffo paying for it today I feel SO ill so gonna do a 48 hour fast I thinkkkk gotta love life
I log food on my fitness pal, and I like looking at the macros at the end of the day and Iām always so shocked at how my bars arenāt full and then remember Iām eating like a fifth of my recommended daily allowance lol

I had Loma Linda Spicy Pad Thai With Konjac Noodles (from morrisons) which is only 260kcals for the whole packet (itās two servings but as a main meal I think 260kcals is good) and then I had extra vegetables with that and then some fruit after
this is gunna sound so lame but I decided to choose recovery because it started to affect the quality of my skin. the dark undereye bags stopped being so easy to cover up and my face looked hollow and grey, covered in little baby hairs.
the reason I'm saying this is that your reason for recovery doesn't have to be grand. it doesn't have to be for your family or so you can see yourself grow old. those are great reasons!! but if it's something as small as "I'm sick of the bruises I get by simply existing", i say take it and run.
it might just save your life.
450kcals for the day, being vegan is definitely helping me keep low calories, and is also a good excuse to fill up on veggies instead of anything else

I HIGHLY reccomend posting your total calories for the day on here every night, just makes you feel a lot more accountable during the day from what you are eating, knowing that youāre putting it on here at the end of the day

This year Iāve been just eating mad amounts of vegetables yk the low carb high protein all that jazz and I am so much more unbothered by food than I used to be? Like when Iāve restricted so low before Iāve spent all day just thinking about what I should eat and stuff but now Iām not thinking about food until about 6 which is when I eat my only meal and then thatās it?? Normally Iād be thinking about snacks and anything I could eat 24/7
725 kcals for the day, Iām kind of mad that it wasnāt lower because I had fruit that I probably didnāt need but as long as Iām under 1000 itās okay
Have already planned my dinner so will be 448 kcals for the day
Am usually only having one meal a day plus fruit and trying to only eat protein and vegetables in the meal
I find that if I wake up about ten I can wait u till 6pm for dinner and then normally will eat that and then have fruit salad at about 8pm as something sweet because I have to finish the day on something sweet otherwise I just bingeš©šš which means I have an eating window of about 2.5 hours giving me a fasting period of 21.5 hours every day, going to start trying to do 48 hour fasts as well but is hard I live with people who notice what I am eating

Have started trying to eat mainly vegan again as itās a good excuse to just eat vegetables for dinner
Today I had:
Cous Cous with tofu,mushrooms, cougette, pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, sweetcorn and salad leaves
And then I had a banana and grapes with some honey (obviously not vegan) but I find cutting it up and putting it in a bowl with honey makes it feel more like a substantial meal and sweet enough so I donāt feel like I need to binge on sweets and stuff
I always squeeze a quarter of a tiny lemons juice into my water to make it feel like Iām eating something instead of just drinking water, gives it much more flavour and makes me feel a lot more satisfied than just drinking water and only adds like 2kcals to the water but goes a really long way
600 kcals for the day, didnāt do much exercise as I have exams tomorrow so have been revising for them :/
