SCREENCAPS OF THE BTS VIDEO OF EDDIE’S TRAILER, PART 1
Lots of people have been asking me for the photo of the condoms on Eddie’s bedside table from the BTS video, so I decided it might be fun to go back and screencap a bunch of bits and throw them into a post for people to look at and dissect. For the original video as posted on Tik Tok, see HERE.
Apologies in advance for the quality of some of these photos, as the video moves very quick at times and it’s hard to get a clear shot of some parts. Also, I did adjust the brightness of a lot of these after I screencapped them just because the original video is quite dark, so that’s why the coloring might look different in the photos as opposed to the video.
Also, because of Tumblr’s stupid “ten photos per post limit”, I only only had to collage some of the photos go make them all fit, I also had to break this analysis up into two segments: Part 1 is Eddie’s bedroom, and Part 2 will be Eddie’s kitchen and living room area.
At first I thought this was like, a ripped cardboard bag of some sort by now it looks like a beat up chair?? IDK. Jury’s still out on this one but anyway this is the entrance to Eddie’s room. You can see a boom box on the left partially out of frame, a tan case leaning behind the chair, an amp sitting behind the chair, an amp sitting behind his guitar, and of course, hanging on the wall, Eddie’s guitar. To say this man has a lot of amps is an understatement.
He also has a lot of posters hanging on his walls. Most of them are hard to see in the video and the screencaps, but a lot of them appear to be either band posters, or artwork Eddie has done.
There is a large Corroded Coffin banner hanging in the corner of the room. My guess is that this is most likely the band logo. There is also what looks like a little hand drawn advertisement for a concert at someplace called The Patio (all I can make out is that it says “Kill or Be Killed”, “Sept 16”, “Door 1”, and “Standing Room Only”) but I thought it was really neat! I tried to compare the logo at the top to see if it matched the Corroded Coffin lettering we see on the other poster, and while I think it’s definitely close, it’s also incredibly hard to read.
You can see Eddie’s closet in this photo with a red jacket hanging up, and his dresser with another amp underneath it.
Bedside table with ashtray, a random bullet, cassette tapes, what looks like a beer bottle, a lamp, and the aforementioned box of condoms. There is also a heavy metal magazine on the floor.
I’ve seen a lot of thoughts regarding the bullet Eddie has, and I think this could be one of two things: lots of people use bullets like these as a means of smoking weed, which is what I think the most likely scenario is in this case. However, it’s also worth noting that at funerals where the deceased as served in the military and a 21 gun salute is performed, the bullets are often gathered and given to mourners who would like to keep them. The bullet I have from my uncle’s military funeral is not exactly like this one, but very close.
