Wow... it has almost been half a year since I started working at PG&E and I feel like I've learned a lot already. I feel as if I've been there for a long time, but at the same time I feel like time flew by quick. I love what I do and there's not a day I tell myself I want to do something that's not IT related. I love technology and I don't think my fascination with the growth in technology will wane any time soon. The weekly work grind puts a toll on me physically and mentally because of the 100 mile commute each day. Even though I'm dead tired by the time I get home, I enjoy driving. I may say I hate driving, but I actually really enjoy driving long distance. It gives me quality time alone to reflect back on the day and look ahead at the coming days. I know I probably won't be commuting to Fairfield and back for the rest of my life, but I'm taking advantage of it before I end up working in San Francisco or another city/building. The week went by quick because of Veterans Day, and I must say... it was a good week. I'm looking forward to this week already! I'm ready to take on new projects as I wrap up the remaining ones on my plate. AH!!! I love what I do!
