That’s true as HELL
I used to be able to eat nothing for days and be fine but now I struggle sticking to a simple restriction. How does that make sense I used to barely notice when I didn't eat for days now I basically binge everyday and I'm tired of it I hate myself for binging but it just happens.

I want to be the regular who’s just a black coffee, please, every morning. I want to forget I have a limit and just forget to eat. I want people to get excited when I eat an apple, just an apple thank God she’s eating something. I want my fridge to be nothing but water and a bag of iceberg lettuce. I want to forget what its like to binge. I want to stop taking any comfort in eating at all. I want to not eat because adding up calories is too much work. Love this! I mean I am a chick, but I try to use they when I post things to include others and how we might all feel.
It’s kinda sad to think back when I was younger and I watched Eugenia cooney and like the cheerleader video and thought I feel so bad for them I’m never going to end up like them and now I am like them it’s mad really.

Everytime I relapse I forget how hard it is to eat after fasting. Shit is painful not even mentally just physically trying to eat sucks
