life was really good so i started eating again. it still is good but good = gaining, so...

FASTING DRINK THAT HELPS HEADACHES!!
Okay so when I’m fasting I get massive headaches especially since I’m just starting to fast. I’ve seen a lot of posts for detox waters and this is similar but none of them include something you really need to help w your headaches, SALT. You need salt it guves you the electrolytes you need. I’ve almost perfected my headache water it tastes just like Gatorade!!!
⭐16.9oz of water
⭐2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice/lemon juice concentrate
⭐A pinch of salt or abt ¼ a teaspoon of salt
⭐ 1 tablespoon of raw honey/natural maple syrup.
The honey gives you the sugar you need for energy and keeps ur blood sugar up!!
The honey I use has 17 calories per tablespoon but calories my differ depending on the honey you have!!
you can’t get rid of your ed overnight and i know how hard it is to recover, but i want you all to take these steps:
unfollow all of the thinspo/ed blogs you follow. unfollow any skinny instagram models or any account that posts pictures you can use as thinspo. better yet, block them. stay off social media if you can.
delete any form of thinspo you have saved on your computer or phone or whatever.
get rid of any books or magazines that have pictures you use for thinspo.
put your scale somewhere hard to reach. it won’t work every time, but it gives you more time to stop yourself.
delete all your weight loss apps
delete your thinspo/ed blog
i don’t expect this to be easy for everyone, but i hope this helps at least one person. drink water and stay safe <3
