"I’m good, always the same. I’ve been doing some business for Thierry, which reminds me… Where’s Mallory?"

Her brows furrowed then. "I don't know, I haven't spoken to her in quite some time. Mallory does what she wants, with no regards for anyone else."

"There was no need, you didn't have to do that. I'll admit that I haven't felt myself lately, so I haven't done any shopping. But there are plenty of cookies in the kitchen if you want some."

"Almost, if you just tuck in your shirt a little." She smiled. "Going somewhere?"

"I would never be looking for her. I’m here to see you."

"Not that I'm not happy to see you, but... Are you sure that's a good idea? I wouldn't want anyone giving you a hard time about it." And by anyone, she meant Damian.

"If you're looking for Sophia, I have no idea where she is. I thought she was going to help me decorate this year. Guess not."

"I know you think this is will help, but it's only going to hurt him more once... I'm only urging you not to keep it from him."
