"I believe she's fine, Edna. Don't worry about Sophia. Now, tell me, how have you been?"

"Isn't the air every human's common right, Kaidan? I can ask you the same question in return as well, then."
"White tea is perfect for it. Do you have any preference in herbs? What taste? More bitter, more sweet or something spicy?"

"What about them?"
"I guess you could call it that, Mallory. It’s a bit hard to believe at points though."
"Either that or you're basing one of the characters on your own traits and memories. Can't see much fun there, though. Shouldn't a book be an escape from reality rather than drowning in it?"

Past - Medusa wasn’t always evil. No one is born evil, but made that way. When Poseidon violated her, she hoped Athena would punish him and save her. When the Goddess did the exact opposite, Medusa was furious. Until her very last breath she vowed to herself to make her, and everyone who stayed silent about the matter, pay. That vow saved her and her sisters from the ultimate death and shoved them into the Curse, giving them an opportunity for a brand new life, without her memories.
Present - Mallory Murdock is a spiteful, secretive young woman. She feels like she was born into this life with a purpose and she feels an unexplainable rage, sitting inside of her like a toad. She knows there’s something wrong with her, her family and the world she lives in, but she can’t put her finger on it, she can’t really define what is that’s wrong. Only thing she knows is that she wants Thierry Bastion and that she feels something about the myth of Medusa he keeps telling her about.
Mallory - She doesn’t know why, but she hates the sea and owls. She’s allergic on olive trees and olives; being near one or eating the fruit makes her nauseous and itchy. Mallory likes snakes and everything about them. She’s planning on moving into her own flat and buying one as a pet. She always wears a silver ring shaped like a snake, with two emerald stones which shape its eyes — she got it from Thierry on her birthday when she started working for him couple of years ago.
Personality:
Positive (+) traits:
Adaptable - Mallory is calm and treacherous as the sea she despises so much. She can adapt to any situation and make it her own territory and her own game; not caring for the outcome. She knows having all the cards in her hands and ace in her sleeves will keep her safe and in control.
Patient - She lurks and waits. Waits for her time, waits for her opportunity, waits for her chance to strike where it hurts the most. Mallory is patient and she doesn’t mind waiting, knowing the best things (including revenge) comes in the right time.
Loyal - Mallory would sooner die than shifts her loyalties. She feels like she owes so much to Thierry Bastion and she would do anything to protect him and make him proud — and make him hers. Other than him, she tries hard to keep an eye on her sisters and shield them from any real harm.
Negative (-) traits:
Conflicted - She doesn’t really know what she wants. She’d determined to get Thrierry, but on the other side she doesn’t know what to do with all her rage and hatred piled up inside of her. She already embraced the sticky darkness and evil inside of her, but every now and then a dash of light and kindness shows. She’s determined to destroy it, but one part of her misses being innocent and uncorrupted.
Manipulative - Mallory gets what she wants one way or another. She has a power in persuading people to obey her and she does it with either her wits or her feminine allure. She’s deadliest when she combines the two. Her humor and poise make her secretive and alluring and lethal; she likes to describe herself like a snake which paralyzed the prey with her hypnotic eyes.
Vengeful - She neither forgets nor forgives nor let it rest in the past. Mallory is determined to exact her vengeance and wrath upon each and everyone of the people who ever laid a finger (or spiteful word) on her and her loved ones.

Out of the three sisters, I’d probably say she’s the most conniving. She’s got ideas up her sleeve that would make the Devil impressed. She’s a genius, this one, and with sharp looks too; looks that could entice the not so easily impressed, Thierry Bastion. You see, this dame is adaptable, knows what she wants, and takes it with a vicious swipe of her hand. No, she’s not as cruel-hearted as her older sister is, but she’s definitely got a black heart. I think everyone that Bastion attracts does.
When this girl has her eyes set on something, she gets it. She doesn’t care what’s in her way, and what I hear is, she wants Thierry. Some think it’s just to get power, others simply say she’s an insatiable women with needs. I say it’s the former of the two, to be honest. This girl has wicked ways, and I feel like even genuine affection for someone wouldn’t stop her from putting a bullet through their head.
I heard she’s got it out for that one William’s brother, the one that’s married to the cop. Morgan Williams, I think. I heard he did something terrible to her, when they were younger, when the idiot was on the streets. Who fucking knows what that Williams did, seeing as how he and his brothers think they can get whatever they way. He might not even remember her face even.
It might also have something to do with what Thierry’s been telling her, and her alone. Secrets, myths, fantastical things a normal person wouldn’t believe. But Mallory isn’t a normal person.
Like I said, she’s adaptable. I heard she’s just recently joined the police station, to gain information, even get in close with Naveen Hayes and Ryan Farley. She’s as sweet as can be around them, but trust me, she’s the type of sweet that turns out to be the worst poison known to man.
HISTORY:
Medusa was the youngest sister out of three, the mortal Gorgon. Her and her sisters were born from the ancient sea deities, Ceto and Phorcys. Medusa was a beautiful mortal, so beautiful even, that one day in Athena’s temple, Poseidon decided to have his way with her. He seduced her, and therefore defiled Athena’s temple. Some say he raped her. Her punishment was unjust, for Athena took her rage out on her, turning both her and her sisters into hideous monsters. So hideous, in fact, that they could turn anyone into stone by merely looking at them.
Medusa had been a playful human, loving even, but after what had happened, with her misplaced faith in Athena, she grew bitter and angry. She became a monster and a villain in the tales of the heroes. Though Euryale did not blame her sister for their unfortunate fate, Medusa’s older sister, Stheno, definitely did.
Medusa could only watch as Stheno turned into the worst of them all, killing more men than Euryale and Medusa combined. She was later beheaded by the hero Perseus, and her sisters wept at her loss.
Thinks that Edith Bastion is a joke, and wants to get rid of her, even if it means facing the wrath of those who are loyal to her.
Thierry has been telling her things about Greek Myth; nothing too obvious, but she feels a connection with the myth of Medusa, and tends to take on the Gorgon’s personality, to try to make herself seem more monstrous to those around her. To gain respect, she thinks.
Loves her sister, but thinks Edna is too soft and Sophia uncontrollable.
Is hated by Damian Abott and doesn’t know why that disturbs her, tries to talk Thierry into getting rid of him.
