How this blog works

This is an ask blog. U can send in asks directed at the Armed Detective Agency.

- The asks are meant to be phone calls, so write them as if ur talking on the phone (ie dialogue) :)

- U can ask after specific characters. If u don't specify, Ranpo will most likely pick up the phone, but sometimes u will get a surprise random detective!

- U may call as other BSD characters eg Port Mafia, Decay of the Angel characters etc if u would like

🌸 In between asks, I also post polls where u get to help the detectives make decisions, and after the outcome is decided I write little snippets of the characters following through with their decisions.

🌸 I also post little updates about what the detectives are getting up to, which is tagged as 'life at the armed detective agency'.

This blog is meant to be a fun, interactive glimpse into the life of the bsd detectives. Welcome and I hope u enjoy!

- The characters are not always honest or reliable narrators! How much do you trust what they're saying?

- The ADA is a detective agency, not a mental health service, so please do not take their advice seriously! A lot of them will give bad or unhealthy advice!

- This blog runs in somewhat real time for immersion so if u specify a certain amount of time passing I wait for approximately that much time before I answer! Ur ask will be kept safe and sound in drafts until the time is right

- If u wanna reply to my answers pls comment under the answer instead of reblogging. If we started reblogging back and forth to talk, it would crowd this blog and make it harder to read, so I can't reblog back to reply to reblogs!

- I don't make any ships canon on this acc bc I feel like it boxes the plot into corners (I do a lot of shipping everywhere else just not on this acc)

- exists in a weird place between canon and I-just-want-the-ADA-members-to-be-back-in-their-daily-life

This blog brings me a lot of joy and I really enjoy seeing it update, but if you do not have the energy to continue updating it you should take time to rest and put this down. Your mental health and physical health is, and always should be, the priority, and though I will be sad if this blog deactivates, as long as you're putting yourself first, that's okay with me.

my mother said emotional and social support sounds like the trans agenda so i think that says a lot about my upbringing also i've just been pissed at them recently because my school is terrible and i got the lowest score on my essay that i worked the hardest on while my worse essays got higher scores (genuinely they were horrible essays i've had someone tell me that) and i feel like i haven't progressed very far emotionally or academically since sixth grade and i've been kind of having a breakdown about it

So, Yosano… how are you handling the Ao3 shutdown? Did you download any fics to read in the meanwhile, or are you just rawdogging it while you wait for it to come back up? Personally, I downloaded a few Soukoku fics. Just in case.

[Yosano] "AO3 shutdown? I was at a case 3am, woke back up at six and am playing nurse to Dazai and Ranpo-san while taking on some of their work. How long could this shutdown possibly be that I'd want to download some fanfictions to read when I'm usually so busy?" [There's a hint of apprehension] "...It won't be that long, right?"
