Midnight is a song about seizing the moment, making a fateful decision. Inspired by the heroism of the passengers of Flight 93. I filmed it as a series of time lapses from the past year, with sites such as Seven Falls, Colorado Springs, Denver, the Pueblo Riverwalk, Woodland Park, and Lamar wind farm. This started as an improvisation off of drummer John O'Reilly Jr.'s drum brilliance, with extra help from Chris Hodges on voclas, and some extra vocals by Gina Rose Percival. It's midnight--seize the moment and follow your fate!

Went to Colorado Springs, Colorado for a couple of days and shot with a wide angle and the HV20. Pikes Peak still was shot with a 8M Nikon CoolPix. Edited a hour of tape down to three minutes in Premiere CS3. Music from Adobe SoundBooth.

Seven Falls was shot with various shutter speeds; Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods and Anasazi cliff dwellings was set to automatic. I also used a monopod.

Hanging Lake is located in Glenwood Canyon, about 7 miles (11 km) east of Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The trail ascends some 1,000 feet (300 m) in elevation for 1.2 miles (1.9 km) from the trailhead to the lake.

Deep in the mountains above Glenwood Springs Colorado there lives a mysterious oasis of emerald waterfalls. Fed by an endless supply of snow in the heart of winter, these magical falls form a gigantic chandelier of ice to create one of the most spectacular panoramic vistas in all of America.
