LUFFY • sprawled out starfish editon!
You and luffy are goofy sleepers. You may have not of been before…buttt now it’s a natural habit.
In the beginning you probably laid next to him all nice and neat, only to wake up in the middle of the night upside down with your pillow discarded in the shadow realm and his leg as a replacement pillow. You go back to your original sleeping position only to end up laying over his stomach with his arm draped over your lower back locking you into place and the blanket on the floor. You try to wake him up to let you go but once he’s asleep…he’s asleep, so u can consider your plan a bust.
Eventually you start to accept becoming a tangle of limbs and you don’t even bother to adjust yourself anymore. Lucky for you Luffy is soft, pretty warm and cozy!
ZORO • sleep anywhere editon?
Due to your shared unusual napping habits you rarely sleep together in a bed. Downside to this is when you DO want to sleep with him you have to go on a scavenger hunt to find your sleepy swordsman (hopefully you don’t have a bad sense of direction).
List of Zoros Nap Spots so far…
• The Crows Nest (most common spot)
• Against the ships Foremast or Mainmast
• Once in the Dinning Room?
• Couple times in the Aquarium Bar (not ideal but surprisingly relaxing)
• Once also upside down inside a chimney (he swears that never happened)
When u do find him, he’s softly snoring with his hands behind his head. You take this opportunity to lay atop him, resting your head against his broad chest. He instinctively brings a strong hand down to your hip squeezing your waist holding you firmly against him. you find yourself drifting off to sleep almost immediately. Ig all those muscles do help…
SANJI • a spooning gentleman editon <3
If you had a bad sleep schedule before sanji, he may have healed it now.
He tends to follow you around, always participating in your daily nightly routines before laying next to you in bed. Sanji used to be very fidgety when you first started sharing a bed but he’s mellowed out now. 80% of the time he scoops your limp form into him and buries his nose into the crook of your neck. You find it way too easy to fall asleep with him holding you like that. Wait what abt that other 20% you ask? Sanji isn’t picky, he would let you spoon him aswell if you really wanted to!
On the days you really cant fall asleep, he will hold you still and listen to you read a book under your breath or talk to him about whats on your mind. No matter how tired he is, he will stay awake as long as you need to ease your mind.
