Okay so what if the cult of the lamb was a horror game
Note: this is only a concept
During the beginning instead of dying you wake up in a old cult with a crown that's when you got teleported to the one who waits
This is the tutorial I had an idea of but it's mostly in a book because that's how horror games do it for some reason:
-welcome to the cult of the lamb your objective is to find as many survivors as you can and do not let the creatures get to them first
-creature one: Cultist (enemy version)
This enemy used to be a normal critter like the rest but the r o t took over overtaken by the strange disease it had no choice but to give in turning into a giant monster with no memory of who they used to be be aware if they touch you the infection might have a chance to spread and you won't be sane much longer
There's not much known about this illness but it's everywhere now some of it won't hurt you as long as it doesn't form into creatures you just have to be very careful we don't really know where it came from either
Creature 3: R O T creatures
During your journey you will encounter a lot of these creatures unlike the others they're not human they never would be they're only objective is to stop you from reaching*-scribbled *- in order to do so they have to turn you into one of those creatures that used to be sane
Followers: unlike you you have to worry about feeding them taking care of them and making sure if they're infected that they don't get to her anybody else by killing them but they also need to sleep at night you have to build a foundation around your safe zone because sometimes the followers would go out for food and would get bitten or scratched by one of the creatures sometimes however they will return with a uninfected survivor
Be aware the only one you can truly trust is yourself The others May want your gold in order to sell you resources I'll be aware these things can be covered in small bits of r o t you have to be careful on who toothbrush however if you keep buying things the rest like we would get these cursed items because they're slowly trusting you
You have to defeat the bishops of the old faith in order to bring the one who waits back that way he and help you with the infection that spreading around the world
However the bishops of the old Faith was infected too however they seem to have some sort of consciousness
Lashy: day after day... Watching watching it get worse... We had no idea what was coming lamb.... Please defeat me defeat me before I can cause any more damage before it spreads even more show no mercy I can't comprehend it once I transform
Heket: ... I thought it was over I thought soon as we got rid of him.... Maybe we wouldn't have to worry about pain anymore... But I lost everything I lost my land I lost my pride lost my siblings... Now.... I'm losing my freedom...lamb it pains me to even say this... But please end my suffering make sure it doesn't spread
Kallmar: ... Didn't want this... Are you with warm crowd I just wanted to mind my own business I just wanted to make it stop... I mean I'm the bishop of sickness after all I figured I would stop it I figured I would stop it from spreading... But no... Instead of ending to plague I made it worse... I just made it have its own mind able to create smaller versions that can actually move and attack I shouldn't have tried anything... Should have just left it alone lamb... Please make sure Shamura doesn't go do the same thing as us
Shamura: five comes four becomes 3 becomes too becomes one becomes nothing... And then nothing is pledges into complete and total chaos with nothing to calm its waves.... I know why you're here lamb you didn't want this you just wanted your kind to stop suffering do you defeat me he would help I know he would please be careful once you release him we're not sure if there's more rot in the afterlife
One who waits: lamb order to free me you have to fight me that way I can turn back into my mortal form.... Don't worry I'll go easy on you
