OHHHH, I GOT AN IDEA!!!! idk if anyone else has done this before me, probably has, but idc [IMPORTANT NOTE: This can be used for an au and other stuff besides game stuff although if you do plan on taking inspection from my idea or take the whole thing, please do give credit please!]
So imagine those furry roblox games where you touch a liquid for long enough and you get transformed and attack others to transform them aswell
But what if horror themed inside the lab/facility? Instead when you touch some parasite thing for exasperated some flesh goo thing staring at you and it sticks onto you and infects you into a monster twisting your bones and flesh into a monster that then chases after other players and eats them which if you eat enough players then you evolve, stage 1 [the first one you get after becoming a monster], 2 and 3,
BUT there will be different transformations and such, plus not all of them will be just flesh cannbak parasite, like mimicks, ceiling crawlers and such
Ofc the players will have different classes and weapons/tools to use against these monsters and such
If you wanna add extra spice, you can always add other infections and even diseases
