Personal: semelele on twitter | bitches-and-proseName:

Other Characters in group:
Saitama | OnePunch Man
Age:
26
Gender:
Male
Housing:
Chamomile Apartments, preferably
Partner Preferences:
Age Range: 20 - 30
Gender: Female
Fated: n/a
Personality:
Newton Pulsifer is exceedingly talented at exactly one thing: being unsuccessful. When he was young, he built mediocre model airplanes and assembled circuits that never worked—or, when he wanted them not to work, were perfectly functional (and picking up Radio Moscow).
When trying to find a hobby more fulfilling than his job as a wages clerk, Newton found his way to Sergeant Shadwell, the last remaining sergeant of the Witchfinder Army. It’s not that he believed in the Witchfinder Army, or in witches (or in anything at all, really; he seemed to make quite an effort at not being able to believe in anything), he just wanted something to occupy his time and fill his drab life. During his time in the WA, Pulsifer found his way to Tadfield, Oakham and met Anathema Device, who happened to be the last living relative of Agnes Nutter, a witch who was burned at the stake by none other than Newton’s own ancestor, Thou-Shalt-Not-Commit-Adultery Pulsifer. With her help, Newton played a large part in stopping the Apocalypse.
Powers:
He is really, really good at failing.
Extra:
Just to be sure you’re not a witch, I’ve gotta count your nipples.
- [p. 167/109] “There is also, now, a Witchfinder Private. His name is Newton Pulsifer.” The name ‘Lucifer’ means “bringer of light”. One particular meaning of 'pulse’ is a legume – a pea or lentil. Therefore, 'Pulsifer’ means “bringer of peace (peas)”. I have no idea if this is truly what Terry and Neil intended, but it is a beautifully convoluted pun, regardless.

Good Omens —> The Descendants
It was a bit awkward on Newt’s end of things as his ancestor had sent her ancestor on fire. Honestly, Anathema didn’t seem to mind.
requests?? well, we haven't seen your headcanon newt and anathema so...
Anathema actually appeared in one of my fanarts before. My headcanons changes day to day mostly so don’t take this seriously
