hey guys to get to the point, a dear friend of mine needs help getting out of an awful situation. My friend Tea’s (@teakiicup) family has been treating her horribly. The plan was to stay with her wife for a few months while things cooled off. But bc she lives in Canada and her wife lives in the states + racial discrimination and a “lack of funds”, she got stopped at the border.

She is currently in a hotel but quickly running out of money. Below are ways you can help her, either by sending the money directly to Tea or to her wife Eris who will then transfer it to Tea. (Confirmation/proof that the money went to Tea will be provided)

Any amount can help and if you can’t send money, boosting the message would be greatly appreciated.

Tea is an amazingly sweet person, and knowing just some of the other things she’s been dealing with, she doesn’t deserve this nonsense. And I just want her to be safe, please help if you can.

Something like this would be so colossally helpful. I'm sick and tired of trying to research specific clothing from any given culture and being met with either racist stereotypical costumes worn by yt people or ai generated garbage nonsense, and trying to be hyper specific with searches yields fuck all. Like I generally just cannot trust the legitimacy of most search results at this point. It's extremely frustrating. If there are good resources for this then they're buried deep under all the other bullshit, and idk where to start looking.

On July 9 2023, A tornado hit our house , it wasn‘t as bad as other ppl’s but enough to need repairing

Today I found out that my parents owe 17k to the ppl that did the repairs.

I don’t,,

man I just want to help, we’ve just kept getting hit with shit after shit and I only know what all this stress has done to my mother and I hate the toll it’s taking on her

I never made an announcement but my comms were closed but I’m opening them back up because I want to help,,

I know this isn’t how ppl usually e-beg but frankly I don’t have time for all that shit

I need to help my family.
