Some things I got confused about while reading The Stormlight Archive:

1. I didn't realize that "son" in Shin names literally means "son" until the moment books explicitly mentioned Neturo being Szeth's father. I thought it was some kind of special Shin name particle, you know, like "van" in van Gogh or van Dyke, or "da" in da Vinci.

2. On that note, I misread "Neturo" as "Neutro" for like two books.

3. I consistently misread "brushpen" as "bruhspren". I hope Brandon Sanderson will make it canon, there are a lot of bruh moments in TSA when this type of spren should appear.

In Brandon Sanderson's books, there's usually an in-universe explanation of why the characters who fight all the time can afford to get injured: Stormlight healing, burning pewter, using up Feruchemically stored health. Except for Waxillium Ladrian, who is simply too cool and tough to care about injuries.

My first Cosmeredle. I was scared of doing it for months because I thought I need to read ALL Cosmere books and follow Brandon's interviews closely to have a chance of guessing anyone. I was wrong (this time! Surely the next Cosmeredle will be about some one-off POV from The Sunlit Man or a random Aleti Shardbearer from TWoK)
