12. Ever seen them live? Do you want to? 

I never see them live, no! I am not a huge fan of concerts because I’m not a huge fan of crowds. They exhaust me to be honest~. But I really would love to see them IF THEY WERENT SO EXPENSIVE. Maybe when I am done with college debt and buying a car :’3

14. Have you seen G-Bites? Which one is your favorite 

YES AND I LOVE ALL OF THEM. My favorite is “The Eel” though because 2D’s voice is so shrill and it never fails to make me laugh. I just love the way he talks in it because it is adorable. I also love “Fancy Dress” Let Russel look beautiful everyone.

4. What phase is your favorite? 

Phase two hands down! Its what first got me started with Gorillaz so it has a special place in my heart. Feel Good Inc was a downhill slope to the group. As well, it has one of the best plots of the phases in my opinion. Everyone is so nicely developed in not only the lore but the music videos too and AHHHH. I love it. 2D became my baby when rewatching it too!

10. Opinion of The Fall 

Actually I really liked it?? I thought that it was creative and very cute and I didn’t know that it was disliked till I was scrolling through tumblr. I loved Revolving Doors, Hillbilly Man, Bobby in Phoenix, and Shytown! I don’t love all the songs, but I am forever a person that picks and chooses songs out of albums rather than listening to all of them HA. 

16. What Gorillaz song do you listen to when you are sad? 

OH I HAVE A COUPLE! I Like listening to Ticker Tape, Doncamatic, and Busted and Blue! I’m not sure why they are my choice, but they are what I go to. I also listen to Ticker Tape if I am mad because it is so calm and it just chills me out~.

Hiatus/Semi-Hiatus|| PSA

This is more of a precaution in case I fall off the face of the planet, but the Hiatus/Semi-Hiatus is in effect now, 6/12 and will be in effect until I get my crap in order! TL;DR is that Jayme will be very slow or inactive here!

So, I am an honors student at my university, and because of this I am expected to submit a research proposal soon to the council to be viewed, accepted or rejected, and than funded for my manuscript that has to be complete before I am allowed to graduate. I have been working on it, but my deadline was prolonged due to the fact that I was really enjoying my research and added elements to it that would not be covered in the amount of time I was given. I thought that meant that I would be fine, however I received a nastygram from my school saying that they will give me an F for my course if it is not submitted soon, which puts alot of financial aid for me at risk and really it is very very dumb. I have to talk to my professor about this, but either way it is sort of a kick in the butt to just get it done and over with so I can have the credit and submission by August. 

As well, I have been setting alot of other things up too! I am looking around for an internship to shadow at a doctor’s office after work, I am working on finally getting my drivers license, and I have to get doctor appointments here since I was stupid and forgot to get my prescriptions updated while I was in Indianapolis HA. 

The biggest matter is my research, but the other things add up too so I just want to put this blog on a hiatus/semi-hiatus as a warning that I will be scarce here! I should be on every now and then as a break, but really I’m probably more likely to play my video games as a relaxer than anything. 

If you would like to talk to me, don’t be afraid to ask for my skype! (does anyone use skype anymore???) and I’d be happy to add you as long as we are mutuals!

“it’s…not like that, promise.” 2D was quick to correct it, his head angling itself to give her the proper attention that he seemed to be neglecting. Had he made her feel like she was bothering him? He had been quiet, but that had hardly been his intention. Though, it probably didn’t help that whenever he spoke, his words were short and curt. Fingers ticked upon the oak table, a soft sigh passing his lips. Why was he like this? 

“ ‘ve just been a lit’le stressed. ‘m takin’ it out on you though an’ I shouldn’t be. ‘m sorry Nood.”

It wasn’t that she was particularly airheaded though. She genuinely enjoyed socializing, and got caught up in conversations too many times to consider her name. 

Wasn’t that more fun, in the end? To become comfortable with someone and not knowing their name, that is. ❛ Ah! I’m Isanami, in that regard. It’s nice to meet you. I hope that Japan is to your liking so far! How do you like it? How long are you staying~? ❜

I like the blue quite a bit, ya know?” He was joking back with a small chuckle, pleased that he had someone laid back and fun as his decided tour guide--and someone that seemed to be please about it to boot! It promised that his tour of Japan, even the free time of it, was going to be exciting for him...with??? 

Isanami. That was a pretty name. 

“ ‘m a singer, actually. ‘m for a band called the Gorillaz on tour ‘ere. ‘eard of em?” We were on a ‘iatus for a bit, but are back.” She was native to this place as anticipated, as he certainly was not. Noodle was though! He couldn’t help but wonder if her and this miss would get along with one another. Surely they would, Noodle being a friendly person herself and, Isanami, he had come to learn as her name, being an open person. It was more than simply liking to talk for her, she sincerely liked to know more about people. It was beautiful, really, and the world could do with more people like her. “I go by 2D! Lovely to meet you too, Isanami...-san?” Was that how it worked? Let’s see if he slaughtered a culture. 

“ ‘ve actually been ‘ere a few time before too. Concerts ‘ave brought us ‘ere. Never ‘ad someone as open and nice as you though--an’ ‘m still clueless about where to go.” The brightest of smiles was given to her, no mind paid to the missing front teeth as he offered the happiest grin. “ I always love it ‘ere. We’re staying for two weeks!”

“ Oh, wow...” Blue locks fell to the side in accompaniment to his head, lips parting themselves more and more with ever centimeter that he drew closer to the bathroom mirror. He...hadn’t expected to look like this for some reason. He had asked Noodle if she was able to clean him up a bit--cover the blemishes to his face such as the permanent bruise-marks around his eyes. Not out of shame, but curiosity as to if he could look close to what he used to be back before the accident, a dip into the past for whatever reason he found himself drawn into. Admittedly, he was more transfixed than he even thought. 

Besides the eyes...he looked quite a bit the same as high school him. What a strange thing. 

“ if I didn’ ‘ave the black eyes, you couldn’ tell I was whacked wif a car...” It was hard to tell what exactly was going on in that head, pondering that was beyond the usual about himself. “I was beginnin’ to forget what I looked like before all dis.”
