He had a point. He was the sort of person who kept both absolutely separate. However could she forget? Oh, wait. Maybe that was due to her lack of sleep which was oh so slyly covered up by makeup.
“Then what? Did I make a mistake with Nagisa-san’s makeup? Am I fired now? Fine.” Tiredness was soon proven by the words that left her mouth. Clearly what Ibara had said hadn’t quite sunken in until a few moments after that. A silent look of realization flashed across her features before eyes turned back down to the tabletop.
Why here? Why now? Could he of not picked somewhere less public if he wanted to stamp all over her heart a second time?
“Merely…” Biting her lip whilst she repeated that word Reiki barely managed to lift her head. Even then she couldn’t look him in the eye. Just.. Putting it like that made it feel like whatever it was wasn’t going to be a big deal to him.
Either way; he was here now. Getting up and suddenly leaving just wouldn’t look right. It was suck it up or just sit there awkwardly until one of them gave in and actually did leave.
“Talk about what?”
Ibara waited until Reiki was done firing off her assumptions to why he wanted to talk to her. Now if he was any lesser of a man and petty against the woman he broke up with than yes he would mix personal affairs with business and fire her in public. Ibara wasn’t any lesser of a man and not at all petty towards Reiki. He acknowledged his own faults to why they broke up would he speak of it out loud? That was yet to be seen.
❝ I’m sorry. ❞ was the first thing to leave his mouth. There was no calculations made for this confrontation. Ibara was going in blind with no back up plan to save him and it honestly made him feel scared. An emotion he absolutely despised yet it was there to remind him he was still human.
❝ I should have told you that instead of letting our relationship fall apart. My actions were in excusable, I should have communicated with you more... ❞ with how he felt on certain matters and how he felt lonely when she spent time with her friends. It was because of that he tried to spend time, outside of work, with Eden a bit more and others he did not expect to get along with. Forming meaningful bonds with others, it felt nice and as a result he had started to pay little attention to Reiki. ❝ ...Something I realized I lack in when it come to outside of business affair. As a result I neglected you in turn when I began to set aside time to spend with others. ❞ there was more he could say, many pointless things that would result in him rambling. This is what he felt was important to say.

Reiki only listened in silence as she hauled her bag onto her shoulder. As to be expected, the moment he could, Ibara left, shortly followed by Nagisa and Jun once he’d said his piece. With only Hiyori remaining the woman finally let out a sigh.
“…Right? I don’t really mind if I haven’t gone home by the time you’ve all finished though.” With that said she made her exit, heading over to the mall where she planned to spend the rest of her afternoon. She wasn’t going to stick around to watch the performance. She wanted to see him, sure, but watching that practised grin turned on the audience would just hurt far too much.

Cue a couple of hours later and she was slouching over a table with an iced coffee in her hands. Huh. Even the condensation running down the plastic was more active than she was right now. Well, that wasn’t exactly difficult at the present moment with the way she just lay there in a daze.
The only thing that caught her attention was sound of the chair at the opposite side of her table being pulled out. Huh? Not like it was so busy patrons needed to share tables. Once she lifted her head to inspect just who was intruding on her personal space she froze.
Why? Hadn’t he made himself clear a month ago? Hadn’t he hammered the point home by only speaking to her if it was absolutely necessary? Did he want to beat her down even more like the asshole he enjoyed making himself out to be? Sucked to be him. She was still a professional when it came down to it.
“Ah. Sorry, Saegusa-san, you should of said something.” Thin smile broke across her lips as she tilted her head. “If it’s about work I’m afraid you’ll have to send me an email since I don’t have my planner with me right now.”
The concert had gone off without a hitch (like always) and EDEN was exhausted after giving an outstanding performance (like always). While the others were cooling off and Hiyori was well being Hiyori (he could never understand where he even got all that energy from) Ibara allowed his mind to drift off to this current problem.
❛ The only thing we’re good at is completely misunderstanding each other. ❜ he thought as it was one reason why they broke up. ❛ I shouldn’t have let my jealousy get in the way... ❜ he wanted to smack himself for that. Before he could even dwell any more within his thoughts someone cut into his thoughts.
❝ If you want to straighten things out with her go talk to her! ❞ Hiyori said taking up the empty space beside Ibara. ❝ You can’t just sit around and do nothing about it! Really it unlike you to be so inactive when trying to solve a problem Ibara-kun. ❞ Hiyori shook his head in disappointment.
❝ You’re right. ❞ with that Ibara got up and mentally began to formulate a plan on how to speak with Reiki.
❝ Wha...? ❞ was Hiyori’s only reaction to Ibara’s words once the door slammed shut behind the viper’s back. ❝ NO COME BACK! ❞ he pleaded he didn’t want to be the cause of yet another fight of theirs. Hiyori was only one person who didn’t want to cause trouble for others.
After some hours of planning Ibara had gone to track Reiki down. Which proved to be easier than expected (with reason) when he found her slumped over a table and with a drink in hand. Without even asking he invited himself down to sit at the table without being subtle about it. Having allowed the chair’s legs to scrap across the ground when he had pulled it out.
Ibara wanted to get her attention. ❝ This isn’t related to work. Do you think I’m that naive to mix personal agenda with business? ❞ he got straight to the point. Ibara was very much aware of how he drilled it in after their break up that he would only speak to her unless it was absolutely necessary.
❝ I merely came to talk. ❞
Happy Birthday Kira!!
Ren felt a little out of place. He’d been invited to Kira’s birthday party by the only person who could drag him there.
Still he was a bit late since he had assisted to Aoi’s birthday party back at the dorms of Gravi and Procella. He still found it funny how the two idols shared the same date of birth.
“Kira-senpai, sorry I’m a little late. I was giving Aoi-senpai his gift and well…” He fiddle a little with his hair as he was holding on his other arm a giant dinosaur plush with a blue ribbon tied around his neck.
“I got you a present too. It’s not much but I hope you like it!” He said with a cheerful smile and bowed, “Congratulations on your special day!”
After that, he stuck close to Van, still a bit shy around the others but loosen up as he watched everyone had fun.
Much more later, after the party was over, another guest showed up. It was Ryota who had brought along Cavall (who somehow became his security blanket) but asked if he could wait for him back at the car.
He didn’t plan on staying since it was pretty late and he had a hunch everyone in HEAVENS probably were very energetic that they wore out the birthday boy.
He also never knew Ren had gone to the party earlier, mostly because after Aoi’s celebration, Ryota had spend the entire day with Cavall searching for a gift to give to Kira.
“Birthdays are special and you should always spend it with the people you care for.” He said as he was holding the gift box close to his chest while avoiding eye contact. or so it seemed like that, reality was that he caught a glimpse of a squirrel heading the direction where he had left Cavall.
“I hope you enjoyed your special day with everyone. Congratulations on another wonderful year of your life.” he smiled softly as he turned to look at Kira and handed him the gift box, “May you have many more wonderful and fun years to come!”
Once the gift was taken, he tip toed for a second and gave Kira a small sweet kiss on his cheek before chuckling quietly and waving as he turned to leave, “I’ll see you around~ Happy birthday, Kira!” He said with a chuckle.
Inside the box there was a birthday card that said ‘Happy birthday’, along with another smaller box which contained a silver necklace with a small sapphire gem. There was also a tiny plush of Cinnamoroll on a blue sailor suit.
Kira could only be amused by Ren’s appearance at his own celebration. The HEAVENS member was aware of Satsuki Aoi sharing the same birthday as him as the two had previously worked on a couple of projects together. Enough projects for the two of them to form a strong friendship as they had started to hang out with each other outside of work.
❝ Hmm… Let me guess, Van? ❞ he inquired feeling it was probably, no, WAS Van who had invited the SOARA member to the celebrations. Light gold eyes then diverted to the stuffed animal in Ren’s arms. ❝ I’ll cherish it. ❞ Kira said with a smile accepting the large dinosaur plush from him. ❝ Come in, things have barely started. ❞ he said stepping aside to allow the othe rmale to come in.
Kira was a bit amused throughout his birthday to how close Ren was stuck to Van. He knew Ren was shy around others, but he didn’t know it was too such a degree. The raven was glad that the SOARA member eventually loosened up as everyone was having fun. Though, he probably should stop Ren and Yamato from double teaming on Tokiya for whatever reason it was. Hopefully tings wouldn’t get too chaotic with STARISH, QUARTET NIGHT (he suspected Reiji had somethign to do with Camus, Ranmaru, and Ai being here), Nanami, and Tomohikya here. There were some others, but it would be too many to list at this point.
The celebration had ended some time ago and most of everyone had left. For some reason Kira couldn’t figure out why, but Reiji had stayed behind to help clean. Though, that mostly meant Eiichi and him caused some minor form of chaos resulting with Eiji putting a stop to it himself. Kira could only shake his head in amusement.
❛ Hmm… Wonder where Van disappeared to with Ren… ❜ Kira wondered as his attention was diverted from the chaos causing duo with a stern Eiji to hearing a knock at the door. ❛ Would have thought Van would stay out longer with Ren… ❜ regardless of thought he went to answer the door.
Light gold eyes blinked when he saw who it was on the other side. Would it even be appropriate to say ‘Thought you wouldn’t come.’ when the party had long ended? Before he could even get a word out Ryota had started to speak and when done had handed him a present causing him to blink.
It didn’t look like the surprises were going to end there. Without warning Ryota had gotten close, risen to his height just a little and placed a kiss to this cheek. Kira blinked once more his mind processing what just happened. ❛ Did he just…? ❜ the action had honestly taken him by surprised more or less that Ryota had taken the initiative to do so.
Kira instinctively reached out and grabbed Ryota by his wrist before the male could even leave. ❝ Consider staying for a bit. ❞ he said practically inviting Ryota inside. ❝ Is it fair for you to leave immediately after giving me a gift? ❞ it may have been a kiss on the cheek, but he wasn’t going to take Ryota doing a Kiss and Run and let him think he was going to get away with it.

“Not really~ Just an observation~” She managed to at least get that out before ability to speak was stolen away. Needless to say, her fingers curled against fabric they’d been lay on, a tug to bring him just that little bit closer. Perhaps a quiet whine escaped once he pulled away, just a little bit of disappointment, but she quickly turned her attention to the order he’d given.
“Then let me run that bath for you!” Off she went, allowing her fingers to slowly trail from his chest as she went.
❝ Who gave you permission to leave? ❞ Ibara questioned a hand taking hold of the one that was about to leave his chest as Reiki turned to leave to run a bath for him. ❝ I don’t recall saying you could. ❞ he growled pulling Reiki back against his chest blue eyes stared into Reiki’s. ❝ You’ll have to join me. ❞ was all he said before he released her to resume her previous course of action as he detoured to the bedroom.

She looked at him blankly as she got up from the seat. “ Well I can move to another room if you need to use this room.” She said as she collected up her books. She didn’t want to bother him or his studying so she decided that it would be better if she left the room. She grabbed the things on her desk.
She didn’t really understand why the room didn’t fine up as booked when she had told the reseptuonist that she had booked the room out but she guessed that maybe the technology wasn’t working that week. She wasn’t one for small talk so she decided to just quietly get her things. She loved being at the school and the peaceful atmosphere of it especially the amount of quiet rooms she could study in.
As she had put her things into her bag a gust of wind came through the window blowing her hair Infront of her face. She moved it out of her face. She loved having short hair since it was easier to manage. She put her bag onto her shoulder as she smiled then looked back over to Masato. “ The room is all yours. ” She said politely as she headed towards the door hoping not to bother him.
❛ It seem the receptionist was mistaken when they told me the room was available. ❜ Masato thought. ❝ There isn’t a need for you to give up your spot if you had it already book. I’ll inform the receptionist of the mistake. ❞ he calmly said. It wouldn’t be right of him to use a room that was already reserved by another.
❝ Please don’t leave on account of me. ❞ was said even though the young woman had already gotten up from her seat and told him the room was his. ❝ I can always schedule for another time. ❞ was pointlessly said. Not sure on what direction to take this conversation as he felt bad enough that a mistake was made.
❝ Let’s head to the front desk together to sort this out. ❞ it could have been a problem with the system that caused this to happen.

“A date…I was just about to ask.” Mentally, he had just noted what Minoru said about himself. It was very very important!
“Why don’t we go to the sweets festival that’s being held? I actually got entries from a show I was on and spoke about it. Since they are the VIP type, we can get all the sweets we want from any stall.”
Though, even he, himself, felt like that might be too much candy. Least he could get some for the rest of the members of his unit and on Vazzy.
❝ Sweets Festival? ❞ he repeated a bit amused Haruto had decided to act upon the date suggestion as well as the serenading him with sweets part. Though, he found it a bit ironic, because he had plans on going to the festival himself while dragging the remaining members of REUNION with him. Look like those two will have to miss out on it now.
❝ Hmm, I have nothing else on planned today. ❞ in other words he was saying yes. ❝ Should we leave? ❞ his inner child was demanding sweets.
machi :
“I can do both you know?” Though she refrained from using the snarky because she’s a woman phrase she’d overheard recently. Soon enough she’d scooped up a bunch of snow to toy with on her gloves and rejoined Shu’s side. “But but! I wanna make a giant snowman with everyone before it melts again.” After saying that Machi remained quiet for a few moments, more thinking about the kind of snowman than being upset she’d never had the chance before.
“Or is that too childish for everyone now? Eheheh..” Maybe, given everyone was at least two or three years older than her. Ah well.. She’d just go make one herself if that ended up being the case.
❝ You can do that after you fill yourself. ❞ Shu said a tad bit annoyed as the weather only seemed to get colder when Machi was previously playing with snow. He did not wish to be outside for too long if the temperature were to continue to decrease. It wouldn’t do for him if either of them caught a cold more or less with Machi.
Shu withheld a sigh. ❝ Do you wish to catch a cold? ❞he ended up inquiring hands going into the pockets of his coat to keep them warm. ❝ If not, then come so you can acquire what you want. ❞
kamiyo &&. izumi :
As glad as was to see Makoto, too glad maybe, the click of his tongue was loud enough for anyone to hear. How dare he. Didn’t he realize he was trying to teach the woman some decency? That you had to be cruel to be kind?
“Honestly, Yuu-kun.” Whilst shaking his head he approached the two on the floor, settling hands on his hips once he came to a stop. “Couldn’t you stoop to someone more deserving?” Totally wasn’t talking about himself. Totally didn’t ever want to monopolise Makoto’s attention every chance he got.
Izumi would of carried on with his somewhat snide comments if he hadn’t heard his name being called a second time- Response formulated on his lips ready to be released, only to be beat to the post by sudden yelling once again.

Makoto’s softer tone did ever so slightly calm the woman to the point she sat up on her knees. Voice mumbled something about Izumi and how he wasn’t exactly wrong, and quickly turned back into a squeak when the person in question paced over.
“U-Um.. I didn’t..” She wasn’t anyone so superior to be stopped down to if that was what he was thinking. “I don’t think..– Hiii!”
Why were people suddenly yelling? What even just happened? Wait– Arashi–
Whoops. There she went. She could of been mistaken for a well known blue hedgehog with the speed she quickly hid behind a more familiar face, poking her head out to finally vaguely nod at the identifying question she’d been asked.
Makoto could only blink as Arashi looked over her shoulder when Kamiyo had hid behind her. Izumi may have said something, but Makoto nor Arashi really heard what he said or they chose to ignore what it was he said.
A sigh than fell from Makoto’s lips as eyes closed before chose to address what Izumi said. ❝ If you don’t know who she is Izumi-san. You really haven’t been keeping up with the news. ❞ being a fan of Sheeno Kamiyo, Makoto always kept track of the news in regards to her. It had honestly made him incredibly sad when he heard the news of her contract ending with her previous agency. Though, he knew better than that and that it really had nothing to do with her contract ending.
❝ Izumi-chan, you could be more gentle with a lady’s heart. ❞ Arashi said, disappointment in her tone. ❝ Not everyone can easily handle your tone. ❞ she resisted the urge to roll her eyes before turning her attention to Kamiyo. ❝ Don’t fret so much kitten. Izumi-chan isn’t always this mean he just has a hard time with his words. ❞ she tried to sooth her. ❝ Makoto-chan, I didn’t know you were a fan of her work. ❞
Makoto could only sheepishly chuckle hearing that. ❝ Well, I’ve been following her work since she first debuted. Been a fan ever since. ❞

❛ HUH !? ❜ reacting so defensively , she’s internally thanking herself to stop drinking or she would’ve spit take half of her water bottle drink if she continued to take a good long sip . but back to the topic at hand , he did NOT just say that so smoothly .
❛ a - are you hearing yourself ?! t - that’s asking WAY too much ! ❜ considering all the blood , sweat & tears in composing a new song for STARISH to debut it next week . which really isn’t . just give her a dang break , she thought .. as it’s already bad enough that she may or may have not dreamt about sharing her first kiss with the optimistic redhead , what more is a flying kiss going to do to her ???
Red eyes blinked and head tilted to the side. Did he say that too smoothly for his own good? Maybe saying that was a bit too much? Oh wait, she did say it was “way too much”. ❝ Sorry about that~ I was only teasing you ya’know. ❞ you know to lighten the mood little, probably should have gone with a joke instead.
Then an idea came to mind. ❝ Unless you want me to blow you a kiss instead? ❞ he meant like during the debut concert for the song she composed for STARISH. ❝ You know if that too much I won’t. Just thought it would add a nice touch to the song you composed. Maybe I should do a wink instead? ❞ he was grinning now, perhaps having a bit too much fun.
machi, ayano, &&. mika :
“…ayano-nee.. i’m fine..” She lied. “you’re worrying about nothing..” More lies. How could she say she was fine when her voice was barely more than a whisper and complexion was paler than a ghost? If that wasn’t evidence enough, she didn’t even move when the older woman hugged her tighter.
Inwardly she sighed, letting her forehead rest on the other’s shoulder for a moment. With a bit of luck this was only temporary. If this turn ended up like when she was younger, stuck in a white room for months.. years on end.., she wasn’t sure she’d be able to cope mentally.
When she finally lifted her head she locked eyes with another familiar face. Wait… Wasn’t Shu meant to be with Mika at that contest? Why was he here? Had Ayano.. No, Madara, somehow summoned them?
“ehehe… whats that face for sensei..?”

Once Shu had all too quickly vanished inside the room Mika let out an audible hum before dropping himself down on the corridor seat. “’A don’t think it’s like that. Rima-san is kinda like ‘er second parent..” Those were his thoughts anyway. Sudden emergencies had a thing for scrambling emotions and sometimes bringing out hidden siders to people. A shrug dismissed the matter as he took another breath.
“But y’know senpai, ‘a guess we were really ‘ucky ya’ were there at tha’ time.” Right. Mika was clueless as to what their true reason had been for the two being out together. “Must’a been hard though.. A’ pro’ly would’a panicked if ‘a was in your situation.”
The instant Shu stepped inside the room light purple eyes homed in on Ayano. He withheld his irritation as Ayano was Machi’s parental figure in this case. Of course it was completely understandable that she wanted to question Machi the instant she woke up about her health. Shu was just going to wait quietly until Ayano was done with her questioning before speaking with Machi herself.
It didn’t seem to last long as Machi had rested her forehead against the woman’s shoulder for a bit before she lifted her head and locked eyes with him. ❛ I thought I had masked my concern after entering... ❜ he thought while withholding a sigh. Shu was indeed more than just concern about Machi’s health since finding out she had fainted without warning earlier. To show such concern in front of someone he didn’t quite know was something he didn’t like.
❝ It nothing. ❞ his tone tensed as he approached the bed. For a moment he locked eyes with Ayanao, ❝ Would you mind. ❞ he said rather than asked wanting her to leave, so he could openly speak with Machi without hiding his concerns for her. With someone else in the room, a stranger practically, he didn’t feel comfortable with it. He waited for her to leave and for the sound of the door closing behind her.
❝ What happened? Were you not fine this morning before leaving? If Mikejima-san had not informed Mika about your condition I- we wouldn’t have known what had happened to you. I- we were worried about you. ❞ Shu quickly fired off in succession, evident Noble Artist was quite worried about her.
Madara held back his temper and took a couple of deep breathes before he went over the edge. Listening to Mika’s voice helped soothed his unreasonable anger. ❝ I’ve been in similar situations before. They’re not hard to deal with, but rather nerve wrecking. ❞ he admitted, if he had panicked after Machi had fainted she could have been in a worse condition than she was already in.
Walking over to Mika he squished the Valkyrie’s member cheeks between his hands. Then pulled on his cheeks. ❝ Are you going to start calling me Madara now instead of senpai now? No matter how many times I ask you always falter~ ❞ he teased brightening his own mood. ❝ Now say it with me, Ma-da-ra~ ❞ he laughed as he moved Mika’s cheeks in a way that made it look like Mika was saying his name.

“I was obviously trying to be ‘romantic’, you know to set the mood. We can just forget about it though. I’m more the type that rather get to know my partner well…” He don’t mind diving into carnal pleasures right away though. Still he is very loyal and devoted.
❝ I’ll give you points for trying. If you wanted to set a romantic mood with me serenading me with sweets would have done the trick. ❞ which wasn’t a lie, because Minoru had quite the sweet tooth not many knew about and only a few knew outside of his family.
That was definitely something new. ❝ You can get to know me over a date, since we’re going that route. ❞ it would be easier as well if he had food in front of him.

“Well yes.” So blunt, “But didn’t you also agreed on it too?”
❝ Yes I agreed. I should have been told if you had any kinks and/or fetishes beforehand. If you’re into the whole roleplaying scene and want to go the Romeo and Juliet angle we’re going to have to talk. ❞

“I was told to show up…Are you perhaps my Juliet?”
❝ You’re already planning on getting me in bed with you? ❞
ayano &&. mika :
There was nothing she could say against that. He’d at least waited until Machi was under professional care before contacting anyone else. “Then I guess they’re both on their way here now.” Part of her was relieved there’d be more familiar people around to support her, on the other hand though, maybe having more people turn up would just be disruptive. Ayano wasn’t given much thing to debate the matter, thoughts were interrupted by a doctor exiting into the corridor.
“How is she?” Clutching her hands together she waited until the doctor gave his word. “Eh? Ah.. Sorry, Madarapyon, I’m going to see Machipyon before these two are here.” Since she was apparently just barely conscious she wanted to at least ask a few questions before anything.

“..Mm.” Torn between worry and confusion Mika could only follow hurried instructions and collect up all their things before following Shu outside. Of course he could easily find them a ride with his connections. All he could do during the entire ride was remain silent, fumbling with his fingers in his lap and occasionally stealing side glances at Shu. Somehow he seemed more distraught than ever before. Was he really that attached to his new junior that badly? The whole situation left him with complicated feelings.
When they finally arrived Mika still slowly followed behind Shu up until he spotted Madara waiting outside a room he could only assume was the one holding their friend.
“How is everything..?” Obviously not good if he was still waiting outside, but he could just pray he was wrong.
Madara could tell that Ayana wasn’t exactly happy with him for contacting Mika and Shu about the situation. ❝ Did you not expect me to tell them? I’m all for you dealing with with Shu’s temper if that the case. ❞ he honestly didn’t like keeping those two in the dark about a person that basically became a common occurrence in their life.
❝ I don’t believe you’re that sorry, don’t apologize when you really don’t mean it. ❞ he said sharply knowing if Machi even had a little bit of consciousness that Ayano wanted to use that time for herself to answers out of Machi. Madara wanted to say something more but held his sharp tongue back.
It wasn’t a moment too long before Mika and Shu had shown up. The two could look better for wear, but with how Shu looked it seemed like he was on the verge of a breakdown. Try as the artist tried to hide this from the surrounding people Madara could easily read though Shu’s deception. It was hard for one to hide their worry about someone they (deeply) care about.

❝ What? ❞ came the cool heated word from Shu. ❝ Interrogate her the moment she wakes up? ❞ Shu was aware of Madara’s usual antics, but he didn’t quite like the way it was said. Tongue clicked in irritation as he strode past Madara and walked straight into the room and shut the door behind him.
Madara dragged a hand through his hair as he just remained in the hallway. Believing it would be best just for Shu and Ayano to be in there. There really wasn’t any room for him to be in there. ❝ I made it sound like that on purpose. She had the intent to be the one to speak with Machi before either you or Shu arrived. ❞
