I sculpted a little Einar!

Design inspired by Tinyhydra's 3D render (from Paliacord), which in turn was inspired by a drawing by @shinypurplepebble! The inspiration pipeline is real!

Sculpted entirely by hand by me using air dry clay, and painted with acrylic paint. I also sculpted the little dock he's sitting on! Really proud of how he turned out!

Why?

A friend put this idea into my brain and the only way to get it out was to manifest it.

Recently went to a convention, where I once again got Ray Chase's autograph on some of my Einar art! This time, it's a 3D printed figure that I hand-painted myself!

Also Palia: All the characters have depression. Everyone has some sort of deeply sad backstory that makes you lament the fact that you can’t hug them. There’s an underground market and a cartel and The Order. There used to be a massive human society but there was an apocalypse and they’re all dead. Ruins and memorials and graves jut out of the ground like splinters in the land’s skin. You and the other players are all the humans that’s left, and you all have amnesia and don’t know what happened to your own people either. Everywhere you go, relics and harrowing letters from the dead are scattered around. There’s just so much grief. There was something, someone here. This was important. They’re all gone, now.
