00. INTRO 2.0.  June 23, 2016

Sometimes when it comes to moments like this (me sitting in front of my computer contemplating why the fuck I’m even on here), I think about things I could potentially do with my life. Look, it’s been a while tumblr since the last time we’ve spoken and I have no promises to me sticking to updating you with things on a consistent basis. I’m a volatile fuck--- things have changed, and in diving deep into my archives from 8 years ago (Jesus Christ) I’ve grown past a good amount of “milestones” in the recent years. 

Let me be honest with you, the reason why I have yet to delete this thing is so I have some reminder that this ugly duckling has grown up to be someone she never expected. Sure I still tie myself to that once upon a time ugly duckling thing--- but personally I’ve upgraded to Ugly Duck who gives no Fucks. I’m 21 years old and reckless but hey at least I can say I’m conscious of my own shit.

Here’s the thing, this right here, is a marking of something I’ll probably stumble upon a couple years from now and (like I’ve done with some past posts which will never see the light of day) I’ll either edit the living shit out of them or put them on private because you don’t need to know about some guy I was hung over a couple years back or about some pity thing I was overreacting about. I think that’s the beauty of this digital mortuary, everything still exists somewhere and luckily for you I’m not willing to spend hours going through the thousands of posts and delete all the embarrassing things (which is probably a lot).

So--- here’s what this post is really about. 

I’ve gotten into design lately and I’ve grown to be a firm (and anal) believer in things being intentionally placed and labeled and organized and something something aesthetically pleasing. This blog has undergone 8 years of pure clusterfuck so this is me wanting to undo the clusterfuck and bring some sort of digital organization to appease that back of the head ticking feeling.

Maybe it’s an unconscious self-branding thing but I have yet to even have a solid self-brand to go by even though my big toe is brazing that entrance into the shiny world of design. Yeah bitches check out my portfolio, I’m a hot-shot dribbble user and totez kno how to code. DM me for inquiries.
