Four out of my eight banescales are now fully gened! They’re not breeding pairs or anything just I collect! I actually had a lot of fun geneing up gen ones I’ve never done it before... four more to go

If the banescales were eradicated because of their ferocity in battle, is that perhaps why the Flamecaller made coatls? They are so much softer than her first children. They speak in song and give gifts to share their affection. The encyclopedia describes them as "an agreeable lot" who give gifts to "placate enemies and competitors."

After the loss of the banescales, was the Flamecaller's heart so broken that she made children who would not prompt such extreme retaliation?

New Half-Fae Kids from Etu and Hecate are here!

Their father is a hunter, and the main supplier of game meat to Amberspire and Ever-Autumn. Their mother is a fairy (yep) who lost much of her magic in a deal gone wrong, pledged a life debt to him for saving her, and later just straight-up fell in love.

These kids… will be a little volatile in how they grow, given the fact they’re half dragon, half Other. They may have trouble controling their magic, whether it is incredibly strong, or perhaps near nonexistent.

They are well-loved and friendly, though, and able to fit in with dragonkind just fine due to their upbringing.

That doesn’t mean they don’t give off an uncanny feel at times, though.

For this first time, Etu’s genes came through strongly enough to produce a wildclaw like himself. This child also has coal-black eyes - an imposing sight indeed.
