It’s Ok to Cry It Out
It’s honestly sometimes necessary to let go and cry it out. Don’t torture yourself any longer trying to hold that shit in. It’s ok to cry it out. Life can be shitty, people can be shitty, it all can seem shitty. Let it out, wipe away those tears, and own your day. It’ll all be okay one day. That I promise.
Slow and steady wins the race. Rush too fast and last you’ll place.
I didn't think I would today.
But I did. And will tomorrow, too.
I hope to see you there 💕
we can be so hard on ourselves sometimes and I just wanna say u should never beat urself up for feeling. having feelings is good. feelings are just a reminder that you’re human. there is nothing wrong with u. everything will be ok.
Daily #2,185! One step. All you have to do today is take one step.
soft reminders:
you have value even when you can’t get out bed.
you will always have inherent worth, unaffected by your level of functioning or productivity.
you are deserving of love, kindness and time.
you are worth the ‘burden’ of getting help and recovering.
Take care of yourselves
Hamtaro says it’s okay to feel the way you do, and that no matter what, you matter and so do your feelings. You are valid. 💖💖💖
