It wasn’t rare for strangers with cameras to be in Uraraka’s face, however normally it tended to be the news or hero agencies. Therefore when she was in contact with a younger individual who had no problem getting straight to the point, the brunette was almost lost for words.

“A-Ah yes, I’m Ochako Uraraka! I can manipulate gravity….and who might you be?”

“Me? Not important. This is about you! Uraraka-san.” The girl. about the same age as Ochako, walked around her a few times with the camera.

“Gravity manipulation, huh? Hm... Makes sense. So you make things float, but can you control their direction and movement or is it more of an on and off switch?”

Interesting. If it was just a switch then she wasn’t much of a threat. Stretching her body could easily get her in and out of this girl’s quirk.

“Hm... You probably won’t be much of a threat then...”

“You! Hey you!” A camera was pushed up into the girl’s face.

“I know you! I think I know you! I’ve seen you a few times on t.v.! Yuuei, right? You’re one of the students at Yuuei! What’s your name? Your quirk! Tell. Me. Everything.”

He was filling up with super giddy energy as he shifted around his own bag to dig through it to pull out one of his notebooks, filling to an empty page he grabbed a pen and started to do a very rough outline of her frame and face. He’d need to go over it again later but for now it was what he could do. As he drew he laughed happily. They were pretty harmless questions, and things that could be looked up online if someone just knew where to look.

“No I can’t move the air around me. It is a power quirk. More of an enhancement of power though.” He continued to doodle as he glanced up at her. “Sadly no. I still suffer injury when I use my quirk to a certain degree. I’m working on it though. The more I practice and train with it the more my body can get used to it. At least that’s the running theory.” He paused, however, when she spoke of rivals. He wasn’t sure he should talk about any of that. If someone found that out, could they use Kacchan against him? Probably.

“Well my hero name is Deku, as for achievements… um I don’t really think I have any of note. Maybe taking down one of the zero levels in the entrance exam? And I don’t have rivals, at least not that I know of.” Okay so it was a lie. But it was harmless. “Unless you count Class 1-B. But they pretty much see all my class as rivals.”

“I see, a strength enhancer and power builder. Reminds me a lot of All Might’s quirk.” She quickly wrote down his answers, hand flying across the page like she had been doing this for years. Something made her pause though. His words of his training helping him being a running theory. Did he not understand his quirk? Or had he never truly tested it until he got into the hero program.

“Deku?” What a weird choice. No... No it was a good choice. A name that would throw off enemies, make them underestimate him. Smart.

“No rivals then. All classes find others as rivals. You’re in 1-A, so you’re in the class that’s been having those villain attacks. Tell me, how did things go? Were you scared? Did you fight back personally? How did you?”

Getting the hang of his Quirk was easy. Things that didn’t relate to it? A tad bit harder to deal with. 

“Hm? Like what, Math? English? I’m pretty good at English so... if you want I could help tutor you.” Why was she offering to help him? A UA student? ...Who cares? He was nice and she wanted to help him.

A waitress came up to greet them. “Hey there, you cuties on a date today?”

       yagi exclaims, laughing as he is hugged, returning it just as well. it was always nice to help people, even in such a small way as offering them food.

“You’re the best! My moms never let me have McDonald's. Here!” She fished out one of the warm and soft cookies and held it up at his mouth. Though she was much too short to reach fully, even on her tiptoes. 

“Let’s share!”

“Being afraid of just one girl with a camera? How are you ever going to deal with the media if you become a hero? Maybe you should stick with side-kick positions then.”

“I bet I can find proof. And if I do, you have to buy me all the ice cream I want without any complaining.”

The fact that you’re denying so strongly of anything happening in the past, means that you’re here to rectify that. You want to say what you couldn’t say all those years ago. That All Might has had your heart since the very moment that you laid eyes on him.”

She grinned widely, almost like a Cheshire.

“You want to confess your undying love before it’s too late!”

“You’re here because you’re trying to get with All Might. Or maybe get back with him. No way nothing happened between you two when All Might was in America.”
