I am moving Sola to a multimuse, but keeping this blog just in case. Find Sola here: @univaersum
ā” šššššššššššššš / sola Ā·:
Sola looked at her niece, tears streaming down her face. Leia truly was the spitting image of her mother, while her brother took after their father it seemed. Sola didnāt have to guess who that had been, she had seen how Anakin Skywalker looked at her little sister.
āWe never dreamed⦠we thought we lost you withĀ PadmĆ©, and we never suspected twins!ā
Putting Ā away Ā the Ā holoprojector, Ā it Ā was Ā an Ā image Ā of Ā her Ā twin, Ā the Ā other Ā half Ā to Ā her Ā soul Ā and Ā life, Ā some Ā of Ā the Ā only Ā family Ā she Ā really Ā had Ā left. ā Ā That Ā was Ā Luke, Ā my Ā brother. Ā Heād Ā have Ā come Ā if Ā he Ā werenāt Ā by Ā the Ā outer-rim, Ā but Ā the Ā news Ā came Ā so Ā quickly. Ā ā Ā She Ā admits. Ā Leia Ā was Ā here Ā on Ā business, Ā hoping Ā to Ā obtain Ā a Ā secret Ā holofile Ā PadmĆ© Ā may Ā have Ā had Ā stored Ā here Ā long Ā ago. Ā but Ā that Ā didnāt Ā mean Ā she Ā couldnāt Ā bond, Ā and Ā have Ā a Ā few Ā moments Ā with Ā her Ā aunt.. Ā She Ā couldnāt Ā stop Ā herself Ā even Ā if Ā she Ā wanted.
ā Ā In Ā truth, Ā my Ā mother Ā and Ā father Ā never Ā told Ā me Ā what Ā had Ā happened. Ā I Ā didnāt Ā understand Ā at Ā first, Ā but Ā now Ā I Ā do. Ā I Ā only Ā wish Ā Iād Ā had Ā the Ā opportunity Ā to Ā meet Ā you Ā sooner. Ā ā Ā Vader. Ā It Ā was Ā something Ā she Ā didnāt Ā have Ā to Ā explain Ā to Ā the Ā other, Ā not Ā now Ā at Ā least; Ā it Ā wasnāt Ā as Ā if Ā the Ā whole Ā world Ā knew Ā Anakin Ā Skywalker Ā was Ā the Ā man Ā in Ā the Ā suit.
āHeāll have to come visit next time.ā Sola smiled, drying her eyes, now was not a time for tears. Now was a time to rejoice, her niece was here, and Sola could show her where she came from.
āI know you do, but it couldnāt be helped, let us focus on the present and enjoy what time we have together, Iām afraid your cousins arenāt on planet right now, but I would love to show you Theed, thereās so much to see here. And if youāre ready, I would love to visit your motherās tomb while youāre here.ā
The Last Unicorn (1982) starters.
ā Ā I dislike the feel of these woods. Ā ā
ā Ā Unicorns? I thought they only existed in fairytales. Ā ā
ā Ā This is a forest like any other. Isnāt it ? Ā ā
ā Ā Letās turn around. Hunt somewhere else. Ā ā
ā Ā This is no world for you. Ā ā
ā Ā Good luck to you, for you are the last. Ā ā
ā Ā What do men know ? Ā ā
ā Ā We are as old as the sky, old as the moon. Ā ā
ā Ā We can be hunted, we can be trapped, we can even be killed but we do not vanish ! Ā ā
ā Ā Have you traveled very far ? Ā ā
ā Ā Be a little respectful, do you know who I am ? Ā ā
ā Ā Your name is a golden bell, hung in my heart. Ā ā
ā Ā I would break my body to pieces to call you once by your name. Ā ā
ā Ā In all your wanderings, have you seen others like me ? Ā ā
ā Ā Have you seen the others? Where have they gone? Tell me which way I must go to find them. Ā ā
ā Ā No, no, listen ! Donāt listen to me, listen ! Ā ā
ā Ā You can find the others if you are brave. Ā ā
ā Ā What if theyāre waiting for me ? In need of my help ? Ā ā
ā Ā Well hello there little one ! Ā ā
ā Ā And just who might you belong to ? a pretty little thing like you ? Ā ā
ā Ā In my heart I carry such a heavy load. Ā ā
ā Ā And here I thought Iād seen the last of them ! Ā ā
ā Ā I know you. If I were blind I would know what you are. Ā ā
ā Ā You wouldnāt have heard of me. Ā ā
ā Ā Itās not much of a job for a real magician, but Iāve had worse. Ā ā
ā Ā Youāre mine. If you kill me, youāre still mine. Ā ā
ā Ā Your death sits in that cage and she hears you. Ā ā
ā Ā Sheāll kill me one day or another, but she will remember forever that I caught her, that I held her prisoner. So thereās my immortality. Ā ā
ā Ā You were out on the road hunting for your own death ! Ā ā
ā Ā Heāll not have you ! You belong to me. Ā ā
ā Ā We are two sides of the same magic. Ā ā
ā Ā You are safer here. You should thank me for protecting you. Ā ā
ā Ā There has never been a spell on me before. Ā ā
ā Ā Itās a very rare person who is taken for what he truly is. Ā ā
ā Ā Will you help me ? Ā ā
ā Ā Youāre my last chance. Ā ā
ā Ā Can you truly set me free ? Ā ā
ā Ā I asked him a riddle and it always takes that lout all night to solve riddles. Ā ā
ā Ā the spell was wrong but there was true magic in it ! try again. Ā ā
ā Ā My dear you deserve the services of a great wizard but Iām afraid youāll have to be glad of the aide of a second rate pickpocket. Ā ā
ā Ā Okay, (name), I give up. Why is a raven like a writing desk ? Ā ā
ā Ā Sheāll kill you if you set her free ! Ā ā
ā Ā Donāt look back, and donāt run. Ā ā
ā Ā You must never run from anything immortal, it attracts their attention. Ā ā
ā Ā She chose her death long ago. It was the fate she wanted. Ā ā
ā Ā You have no regrets as I do ? Ā ā
ā Ā Iāve never seen anyone like you. Not while I was awake, anyway. Ā ā
ā Ā Iām going where they are, to learn whatever they know. Ā ā
ā Ā Take me with you ! for luck, for laughs, for the unknown. Ā ā
ā Ā You could never have granted my true wish. Ā ā
ā Ā I cannot turn you into something you are not. Ā ā
ā Ā Hide yourself ! Weāll find each other later. Ā ā
ā Ā Mind your heads now, itās raining ninnies ! Ā ā
ā Ā Put me down you fool ! Ā ā
ā Ā I donāt like the look of him. Ā ā
ā Ā Thatās only (name)ās way, but she has a good heart. Ā ā
ā Ā This is not happening. Ā ā
ā Ā Weāll both be gentlemen of leisure in a months time. Ā ā
ā Ā Oh, I love you. Ā ā
ā Ā She shall never have you ! Ā ā
ā Ā We will perish together. Ā ā
ā Ā Did you see me ? Were you watching ? Ā ā
ā Ā Did you see what I made ? Ā ā
ā Ā Itās gone now, but I had it ! Ā ā
ā Ā Where have you been ? Where have you been ! ? Ā ā
ā Ā Where were you when I was new ? Ā ā
ā Ā How dare you come to me now when I am this ! Ā ā
ā Ā Itās alright, I forgive you. Ā ā
ā Ā You canāt come with us ! weāre on a quest ! Ā ā
ā Ā Well, youāre going the wrong way. Ā ā
ā Ā You have all the power you need if you dare to look for it. Ā ā
ā Ā What have you done ! ? Ā ā
ā Ā The power will come to me whenever I need it, and one day! One day it will come to me when I call ! Ā ā
ā Ā You are an idiot ! Ā ā
ā Ā Donāt ! Donāt you hurt yourself ! Ā ā
ā Ā I can feel this body dying all around me ! Ā ā
ā Ā You are losing my interest, and that is very dangerous. Ā ā
ā Ā I will keep nothing near me that does not make me happy. Ā ā
ā Ā How would you know ? Ā ā
ā Ā Well, just look at you ! Ā ā
ā Ā Come on, Iāll write you a reference. Ā ā
ā Ā You have let your doom in by the front door ! Ā ā
ā Ā What are you looking at ? Ā ā
ā Ā What is the matter with your eyes ? Ā ā
ā Ā You may come and go as you please. Ā ā
ā Ā My secrets guard themselves, may yours do the same. Ā ā
ā Ā Please, let me help you. What can I do for you ? Ā ā
ā Ā And then she looked at me and I was sorry I had killed the thing. Ā ā
ā Ā For her sake Iāve become a hero but my great deeds mean nothing to her ! Ā ā
ā Ā I wish to be whatever she has most need of. Ā ā
ā Ā You are cruel to him. Ā ā
ā Ā He only wishes you to think of him. Ā ā
ā Ā Who am I ? Why am I here ? Ā ā
ā Ā I knew a moment ago, but I have forgotten. Ā ā
ā Ā I was innocent and wise and full of pain. Ā ā
ā Ā Now that Iām a woman, everything has changed. Ā ā
ā Ā Why wonāt you help me ? Why must you always speak in riddles ? Ā ā
ā Ā I would tell you what you want to know if I could. Ā ā
ā Ā I am always dreaming, even when I am awake. It is never finished. Ā ā
ā Ā I would court you with more grace if I knew how. Ā ā
ā Ā Drown out my dreams. Keep me from remembering whatever wants me to remember it. Ā ā
ā Ā Words are always getting in my way. Ā ā
ā Ā Thatās all I have to tell you. Thatās all Iāve got to say. Ā ā
ā Ā Iām not a man of poetry. Music isnāt one with me. Ā ā
ā Ā As if I didnāt have enough troubles. Ā ā
ā Ā Well of course youāre of noble birth, anyone could see that. Ā ā
ā Ā Love is slowing you down, my lady. Ā ā
ā Ā It was pleasant enough at first, but it died quickly. Ā ā
ā Ā There is nothing of yours that I desire. Ā ā
ā Ā There is no movement of yours that has not betrayed you. Ā ā
ā Ā I like to watch them. They fill me with joy. Ā ā
ā Ā The first time I felt it, I thought I was going to die. Ā ā
ā Ā Do you dare still pretend to be human ? Ā ā
ā Ā It makes no difference. The end will be the same. I can wait. Ā ā
ā Ā Shut up you pretentious kneecap ! Ā ā
ā Ā How would you like a punch in the eye ? Ā ā
ā Ā Itās so nice to have someone to play with. Ā ā
ā Ā Try me tomorrow. Maybe Iāll tell you tomorrow. Ā ā
ā Ā Give it to me if you donāt want it but donāt throw it away ! Ā ā
ā Ā Give me the wine ! Ā ā
ā Ā You would have gone without me ? Ā ā
ā Ā No name you could give her would surprise or frighten me. Ā ā
ā Ā I love whom I love. Ā ā
ā Ā I will go no further. Ā ā
ā Ā Everything dies. I want to die when you die. Ā ā
ā Ā Yes, that is my wish. Ā ā
ā Ā I am a hero, and heroes know that things must happen when it is time for them to happen. Ā ā
ā Ā A quest may not simply be abandoned. Ā ā
ā Ā A happy ending cannot come in the middle of the story. Ā ā
ā Ā What if there isnāt a happy ending at all ? Ā ā
ā Ā There are no happy endings, because nothing ends. Ā ā
ā Ā Do something ! You have the power ! I will kill you if you donāt do something ! Ā ā
ā Ā Thatās what heroes are for. Ā ā
ā Ā Iāve never had any friends before. Ā ā
ā Ā Men donāt always know when theyāre happy. Ā ā
ā Ā Iām sorry. I have done you evil and I cannot undo it. Ā ā
ā Ā No sorrow will live in me as long as that joy. Ā ā

āĀ Ā YouāreĀ Ā theĀ Ā firstĀ Ā personĀ Ā whoseĀ Ā everĀ Ā toldĀ Ā meĀ Ā soĀ Ā Ā Ā ā
Sola looked at her niece, tears streaming down her face. Leia truly was the spitting image of her mother, while her brother took after their father it seemed. Sola didnāt have to guess who that had been, she had seen how Anakin Skywalker looked at her little sister.
āWe never dreamed... we thought we lost you withĀ PadmĆ©, and we never suspected twins!ā
āSurprise!ā (A very very pregnant PadmĆ©) @moreprofoundbondsā
āPadmĆ©,ā Sola was in shock, she hadnāt expected to see her younger sister, especially not in her current condition. Yet despite her shock Sola was able to open her arms to hug her sister.
āWha- what are you doing here?ā
"It's late you should be in bed."
Luke turned to face his aunt. He had been out on the balcony, taking in the calm of his home planet that he ha missed for so long. It was familiar and yet alien to him at the same time. Four years at war had changed him. Even now this sense of peace was clouded by a thought in the back of his mind that he was still fighting. But the war was over. He knew that and yet habits were hard to get rid of.
āI should be.ā He agreed with his aunt.Ā āItās just so peaceful here. Itās been a while and I guess part of me is still adjusting to being back to a civilian life after four years at war.ā
eldestnaberrieā:
āI know,ā Sola said leading her nephew to the kitchen.
She knew why Luke had stayed away so long, and why he had never reached out, he had done it to protect the family. But it still hurt.
How many times had she gone to PadmĆ©ās tomb and sobbed? Apologizing to her baby sister for not protecting her son better.
Putting on the kettle to boil, Sola turned back to Luke.
āJust⦠please donāt do something like that again, you know how I worry.ā
He followed his aunt to the kitchen and watched her put on the kettle. As a child, he loved coming into the kitchen, trying to get a quick taste of the dishes were being cooked before anyone else or even cooking himself for the family.Ā
āI know. I just wanted to protect the family. I was pretty much considered the Empireās number one enemy and my fatherās obsession.ā Not that he had to defend himself. His aunt knew and understood.Ā āI hope that now the galaxy be at peace.ā
He looked at his aunt.Ā āI did manage at the beginnig of my involvment in the war to hear that Ryoo was alive and well.I was worried since the Emperor dissolved the Senate.ā
Sola nodded, relief washing over her.
"Can I be honest?" She asked, barely waiting for her nephew to answer.
"When you were a baby, there were rumors that PadmƩ was alive and in hiding, but I knew that it wasn't so, she would have reached out somehow... that's what hurt the most when you disappeared, I kept waiting for you to reach out, but you never did. Just like she never did."
ā Ā giveĀ itĀ toĀ me. Ā ā (for PadmĆ©)
āGive what to you?ā PadmĆ© shot back, not doing a very convincing job of hiding the Holocron behind her back.Ā āI donāt have anything.ā This Holocron, in particular, sheād stolen from Palpatine and she was bound and determined to find out what was encased inside. She planned on bringing it to the Jedi Temple after lunch today.
"Whatever you have behind your back!" Sola laughed, playfully lunging at her baby sister, she laughed again when PadmƩ denied having anything.
"For a politician, you're a terrible liar."
"May I hold her?" (For PadmƩ)
āOf course.ā Padme carefully passed Leia over to her sister.Ā āYou are the experienced mother out of the two of us.ā She looked over at Luke who was sound asleep in his cradle.
Sola smiled and took her niece into her arms. It was true, Sola was the first to start a family, but she could already tell PadmƩ loved her children, and took very good care of them.
"She looks like you." Sola said, she could remember another little girl like Leia, who was well loved by all she met.
"How was the birth, were you well taken care of?"
Padme gently ran her finger over Lukeās tiny hand and he grabbed onto her finger tightly. She smiled down at her beautiful golden boy.Ā āThank you. She acts more like her father though.ā She said jokingly.
āIt was a little rocky. I didnāt find out I was having twins until I was already in labor, so I hadnāt had time to prepare. But Anakin was by my side the whole time.ā She smiled softly to herself at the memory.
"I wish I could have been with you," Sola said, at least when she had given birth to her girls she'd had their mother. All PadmƩ had was Anakin.
"I'm just glad you're okay, and that you have your little ones."
Padme frowned sadly.Ā āI wish you could have been there too, and mother. I know Anakin felt terrible that I couldnāt even tell you.ā Anakin had always put Padmeās happiness above everything, even the importance of their secret marriage.
Her smile returned as she looked at her children.Ā āYes, theyāre beautiful. Might be little Jedi one day. Anakin could already sense their presence in the force when I was still pregnant.āĀ Ā
Sola smiled, bouncing Leia in her arms, she was so small, after having her own children grow out of the infant stage, Sola found she often forgot how small newborns could be.
āDo you think they have the Force?ā Sola asked, she didnāt know much about the Force, her brother-in-law did though, having been taken in by the Jedi when he had been a little boy.
"You look so much like her..." (for Leia)
Leia frowned at her auntās words. She was told by even her adoptive father that she looked like her mother but he rarely went into detail about what she was really like.Ā āWhat did she look like?ā
Sola smiled sadly, and reached for the holopic of her sister she kept in her pocket. Having Leia ask about PadmƩ was bittersweet.
"Here," Sola said handing her niece the holopic.
"She was a little older than you here, I carry it with me so she's always with me... we have more at the house if you're interested."

Thank you so much Sweetheart! This made my day!
Sola cried the first time she met Leia. It was like looking at a picture of her sister.
"It's late you should be in bed."

āCome back inside.ā Sola smiled, having Luke home after so long was a blessing. And Sola had already thanked every God and Goddess she could name for her nephewās safe return.
She had raised Luke as her own son, and loved him just as much as one of her own body.Ā PadmĆ© wasnāt here to do it, so it was up to Sola to make sure that Luke was loved.
āIāll make you some tea, but then you need to go to sleep, it wouldnāt do for you to be exhausted when your sister arrives tomorrow.ā
Luke folloed his auntās suggestion and came back inside. He had missed his aunt. He had always felt loved and secure in her home. Even if she was his aunt, he loved her as if she was truly his mother.Ā
āTea would be lovely. Thank you, Aunt Sola.ā He replied to her offer. His polite manner had not faded over the course of the war.Ā āI know I said it before, but I did miss you during the war.ā
"I know," Sola said leading her nephew to the kitchen.
She knew why Luke had stayed away so long, and why he had never reached out, he had done it to protect the family. But it still hurt.

Padmay 2018 | Day 13: The Naberrie Family
āNo one has ever left this house hungry,ā Sola explained. āWell, one person did once,ā PadmĆ© corrected. āBut Mom chased him down and dragged him back in.ā R.A. Salvatoreās Attack of the ClonesĀ
becamealegendā:
āYes. I hope you donāt mind. I wanted to show her where I grew up and she lost her home and her adopted parents. The Empire destroyed Alderaan four years ago. Weāre the only family she now.ā Luke told his aunt. Though maybe he should have asked for permission first. Then again, he hadnāt spoken to his aunt in four years. To be fair that wasnāt out of hatred, but rather out of love and a desire to protect his family.
āLeia is intelligent, kind, and a leader. She has a strong spirit too. Sheās been there for me during these past few years. Despite everything that sheās lost, what the Empire and our father did to her, she fought for goodness, hope, and justice.ā He said, but paused a moment when he realized he mentioned his and Leiaās father.Ā āI really do have a lot to tell you, Aunt Sola. But Leia does know some things about our mother. Her adopted parents told her about mother and I told her some things. I think sheād like to pay her respects to mother during her visit here.ā
āYour mother would like that.ā Sola smiled at the thought of Luke and Leia going to pay their respects atĀ PadmĆ©ās tomb. But not a lot got past Sola, not with three children to raise.
āYour father?ā The image of Anakin Skywalker young and fresh from the Jedi temple flashed through her mind, of course he would be older now, and Sola was no fool, it had been obvious to anyone with eyes how much Anakin andĀ PadmĆ© had liked each other.
He was obviously Luke and Leiaās father.
