Justice Blackmun, who wrote the Roe majority opinion, had a bullet shot through his living room window. This after years of receiving letters threatening his life. The bullet occurred right after he had received a particularly concerning letter, and was at the end of a year in which DC-area clinics had been subjected to seven bombings. Not threats, bombings.

Why’d I disappear and comeback

Life....life has been a shit-fest and I’ve been trying to move on from being a whine bitch on here. Not only that lots of my friends seemed to have grown outta this site so yea. But I came back since I still like the artwork here.

SO HAPPY

So a few artist and writers got back to me and did have extra or leftover copies of their works!!! They offered to mail them to me and I cannot thank them enough. I was very, very upset as some of this stuff was worth a lot.

For the stuff I can’t replace (gifts included) I plan on finding the digital copies and back them up on a few flashdrives/ USBs. That way even if I don’t have the physical copies, I still have amazing gifts from friends to hold on too.

Ruined Art & Comics

So I’m a bit depressed.... Found that after our basement flooded some of the artwork, fanfic comics, and crafts I got from when I was in college to now from artist friends are ruined. I’ve asked some artist if they have any copies of old comics left but most have said no and others it’s a huge long shot. A lot fo the artwork cannot be replaced, more so the gift artwork that friends from places like Poland and Hungry mailed to me. I’m really upset cuz I LOVED every one of them.

So with tumblr new dumb guidelines and standards about mature and adult content I'm seeing lots of my fave artist losing their post and blogs. I man digital artist, models, painters, photographers, and etc and it's absolute bull. Above all that social movement blogs are also getting flagged for offenseness way before actual racist blogs (whaaaa?).

My blog has some mature content so I'm sure my account may be flagged and removed soon anyway so yeah....
