A lot of times we don’t give ourselves the time to heal. We just continue to push forward or so we thinkkkkkk we are pushing forward. Not realizing we are only hurting ourselves. Allow yourself to work out your hurt. And you can do that in so many ways. Simply talk with someone, write down your thoughts and then burn them ( gives a sense of relief), there’s always prayer, making time for yourself… the list could go on! On the flip side don’t become stuck in that defeat. See yourself out of that situation. Speak life into yourself. Claim your freedom, claim your victory!
